I wish I could book a specific time immediately after purchasing a reservation on Klook. It's too much hassle to have to contact the local store separately for a time slot after buying a voucher, and it's difficult if you don't speak English. When I contacted the Patong branch, they apologized, saying the Old Town branch had mistakenly taken our reservation, and it was a mess. We naturally thought the place that answered our call was Patong and visited the Patong branch... We ended up waiting an hour later than the time we wanted, but it was fortunate that we could receive it at all; otherwise, it would have been a huge waste of time. Anyway, my wife and I received the Tamarind Scrub & Oil Massage, and the massage itself was very satisfying. Despite the unpleasant initial experience, the massage was so good that I happily gave a tip.

I bought the Klook voucher and booked through WhatsApp. I arrived 5 minutes early and started without waiting. The massage was great and enjoyable, the place looked neat and clean, and I'd be happy to return. However, the price is about the same whether booking directly or through Klook, so there isn't a significant discount.

The value for money is excellent, much better than Let's Relax. The service is just as good, and there are shower facilities. However, the prices at this branch are higher than those in the Old City.
