Weather so cold but the places so nice...The tour guide is so pleasant and very accommodating.

Overall a really nice experience and I do think the tour was made excellent by our guide, Arafat who was really professional, funny, engaging and ensured he kept to the time. It was his strict adherence to timing that allowed our group to finish all planned itinerary. Arafat is very fluent in English, Chinese and Japanese - perfect for a mixed group of guests! If I were to visit Hokkiado again and I'm looking for a tour to join in, I would choose the tour Arafat is leading over others! 👍🏻

Thanks to our guide Hiyo-chan, we had a wonderful Biei tour! I was quite concerned since I was traveling with my parents, but the spacious seating and well-managed schedule were perfect. We even went to the Genghis Khan restaurant right after the tour and tried it! It was truly delicious, with no unpleasant smell at all – simply the best. Thank you again for printing out photos for us at the end; it feels so different to have a physical print rather than just keeping them digitally. I also learned for the first time about the difference between Waku Waku and Doki Doki~ I'll use Waku Waku again next time for more excitement! -Thank you!

Our guide, Xiao Pan, was very enthusiastic, and the itinerary was well-organized. On the bus, she told us a lot about delicious food, fun places, and various customs in Japan. The only regret was that we couldn't visit the Ningle Terrace because it was closed, so we went sake tasting instead. On this Hokkaido day trip, we saw adorable penguins, the beautiful Biei Blue Pond, and Shirasu Falls, all of which I had longed to see and made the trip worthwhile. Hokkaido is beautiful, and I hope to visit again if I have the chance.

Biei Tour with Koni-chan. The course is excellent. There isn't a single place to skip in Biei, from the must-see Blue Pond, Shirogane Blue Pond, Takushinkan, and Shikisai-no-Oka! And Koni-chan, our guide for the bus tour, was so delightful! The weather was cloudy and rainy, which was really disappointing, but thanks to Koni-chan's informative explanations about Hokkaido's history and the best times and places to visit, we had a great time throughout the bus ride! (She explained everything so well and entertainingly. :D) If I ever come to Sapporo again, I definitely want to take the Biei tour once more. My friend and I made wonderful memories. (She takes amazing photos... she's the best!). Thank you, Koni-chan!!

I liked that the seats were comfortable, and Hiyo-chan the guide's kind explanations and guidance were also great. However, the weather was really bad ㅠㅠ but the weather is something that can't be helped... Anyway, I recommend it!!!

Thanks to Guide Lee Hye-in, this trip became an even more special memory. Even with the terrible weather, you always smiled, meticulously took care of every detail, and thoughtfully took photos, allowing everyone to have a heartwarming time. I especially enjoyed the guide's stories about Sapporo and various anecdotes shared on the bus. Thank you very much. I wish you all the best in the future.

It was satisfying and good. The explanations were excellent, and we visited all the key points. Although the weather was cloudy, it was a good experience. If I were to visit again, I would likely take a tour from here again. The departure location is also very convenient. Thank you.
