Upon arrival at the meeting point, we were greeted by the friendly uniformed staff, and everything went smoothly. We had a VR introduction to the history of the Gondola before taking a short walk to the pier. The Gondola experience was great, giving us the chance to tour Venice slowly by boat. The price on Klook is very reasonable compared to booking on-site. Highly recommended!

We rushed to the ferry terminal before departure and managed to buy Klook tickets just in time. Luckily, we made it. It was 90 euros for two people on-site, but buying through Klook was cheaper than at the counter. It's definitely worth purchasing and experiencing; you really must ride it at least once in your life.

It was great to see the city of Venice from above. It's also good that you can go up by elevator. However, I booked at the last minute, and when I presented the barcode directly at the entrance, I was told it was incorrect! I was confused because I didn't realize I needed to exchange the ticket at the Klook counter.

Overall, there are no major drawbacks. Buying a gondola ride here is cheaper than randomly hailing one on the street. A gondola hailed on the street costs 90 euros per ride, so if you just want to experience it, this option is more cost-effective.

very thorough and great experience. I was glad to be able to try so many different Venetian specialties like sarde in saor and tramezzini. Drinks are extra but we were able to purchase a spritz of choice at one stop and it ended with gelato. everything was great and we were provided with suggestions if we wanted more to try on our own. I would recommend the tour. Tour guide Dennis was funny and very knowledgeable.

I am very satisfied with this trip. It was a small group of only six people. Our guide, Alessandro, was very attentive to everyone's needs and arranged the high-speed train tickets. We also had plenty of time for sightseeing.
