Clean and modern rooms. Nice view of the water too. Good location just a few minutes walk to the tronchetto vaporetto stop, however it’s a little far out from the main city of Venice. Budget at least half an hour to get in and out. Given the size and location of the hotel, I wish it had more amenities like a gym and a pool.

Even though we weren’t directly in Venice. It was a breeze staying here! Hotel was nice, cool and clean. Very helpful staff. I would recommend!

The only thing I would add is a bottle of water in the fridge, because hotels in Europe don't have ice stations or drinking fountains. Everything else was perfect.

Was great. We arrived late and left early. Staff were helpful, gave us some complimentary drinks on arrival. Very convenient for the cruise port, just 2 mins ride on the people mover. Would stay again!

Overall we enjoyed the hotel. One great thing about it is how close it was to the water bus which made it easy to get around all over Venice even though it is on the outskirts. Staff was friendly and their breakfast buffet had everything you could want. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was very quiet.
