This was such an amazing trip. I had so much fun! I would definitely book with Klook again next time because it was a smooth and easy process!

The meeting place wasn't very obvious, but there were a lot of other agencies there, making it easy to spot. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! The ride was decently priced compared to other rides I found in Venice and online.

Joined in as solo traveler, it was awkward to be seated with another gentleman at the end of boat who was with his friend. There was another couple so it would be nice if we knew what was going on to arrange seating before boarding. Ride was smooth and safe.

The meeting point and boarding point are very close. It's wonderful to be able to take a gondola through the small alleys of Venice. The scenery on the water is beautiful, and we were lucky enough to hear people singing on another boat.

The ticket voucher stated the 17:15 plan, but upon arriving on time, I couldn't find any staff and there was no one to ask. After repeatedly reviewing the booking document's notes, I found that it mentioned that for summer 2024, tours on Tuesdays and Saturdays would start at 6:30 PM. So, I finally found the person responsible for the meeting at 6:30 PM and successfully completed the itinerary. The scenery was beautiful, and the boat trip was about 30 minutes as stated in the booking.

After that, if you cross the bridge and go to the gondola station next to San Marco Vallaresso, there will be someone to guide you! Everyone was so kind! ( ; ; ) Please don't believe the one-star reviews!!! It was amazing!!! It's a 100-star experience!!! I arrived 10 minutes late, but I was still able to enjoy the full 30-minute experience! Everyone was so kind ♡!!!! By the way, my reservation was from 4:30 PM, and the sunset was beautiful ♡!!
