This was such an amazing trip. I had so much fun! I would definitely book with Klook again next time because it was a smooth and easy process!

The ticket office that exchanges vouchers for tickets is located at the water taxi ticket booth (boarding area), which was initially confusing. After exchanging, if you wait nearby, a guide will come out at the reserved time, shout "Gondola!" and draw attention. There's no special mention, but it seems best to have an even number of people (4-5 per ride) for boarding arrangements. The experience itself is a matter of personal preference. It's not a long-distance course but goes through narrow alleys. Recommended for those who prefer a quiet experience.

The meeting place wasn't very obvious, but there were a lot of other agencies there, making it easy to spot. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! The ride was decently priced compared to other rides I found in Venice and online.

Als Alleinreisender war es unangenehm, am Ende des Bootes mit einem anderen Herrn und seinem Freund zusammenzusitzen. Es war noch ein weiteres Paar an Bord, daher wäre es schön gewesen, im Voraus zu wissen, wie die Sitzordnung geplant ist, bevor wir an Bord gingen. Die Fahrt war reibungslos und sicher.

The meeting point and boarding point are very close. It's wonderful to be able to take a gondola through the small alleys of Venice. The scenery on the water is beautiful, and we were lucky enough to hear people singing on another boat.

The ticket voucher stated the 17:15 plan, but upon arriving on time, I couldn't find any staff and there was no one to ask. After repeatedly reviewing the booking document's notes, I found that it mentioned that for summer 2024, tours on Tuesdays and Saturdays would start at 6:30 PM. So, I finally found the person responsible for the meeting at 6:30 PM and successfully completed the itinerary. The scenery was beautiful, and the boat trip was about 30 minutes as stated in the booking.

We rushed to the ferry terminal before departure and managed to buy Klook tickets just in time. Luckily, we made it. It was 90 euros for two people on-site, but buying through Klook was cheaper than at the counter. It's definitely worth purchasing and experiencing; you really must ride it at least once in your life.
