We had an amazing experience with our tour guide today! He was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional from start to finish. Even when we had to change some of the local destinations. We visited the ATV quad bike, Tirta Empul, and the Monkey Forest, and everything was handled smoothly despite the changes. What really made the day extra special was his thoughtfulness he surprised my girlfriend with a happy birthday cake at the lunch restaurant as a kind compensation, which truly touched us and made her birthday unforgettable. Excellent service, great energy, and genuine care for guests. Highly recommended thank you for making our tour such a memorable one!

Our experience was incredible!! Our guide was Widi, he took us everywhere and waited for us every time, he was very kind and explained everything about Bali and the culture. I had the best experience doing the purification ritual in the water temple because he guided me through it and I understood how to do it the proper way. I would definitely recommend him to everyone!!!! 👏👏👏💖

Nos asignaron a Mario y fue un guía excelente. Muy conocedor de la zona y respondió muchas de nuestras preguntas. Nos recomendó un lugar estupendo para almorzar, y cuando descubrió que nos gustaba el café, pudo incluir una parada rápida en la plantación de café. Nos recomendó muchas actividades que podíamos hacer en Bali. No te equivocarás con Mario. Muy servicial de principio a fin.

We are a group of 9 people. We are happy with the ATV and Rafting experience, no question about that. The guide and tours are awesome and very accommodating, they really give their very best. If only 2 hours were not stolen from us. We were picked up at 7 am, we thought as in Klook at 9 am we would do rafting, but instead, we were driven to a coffee plantation which we never asked for and we were not informed that they have their own itinerary without asking. It's just sad. We could have maximized our stay in Cretya instead of feeling rushed and racing with time. All in all, it is good. You can get this package but make sure to communicate with the Boss. Our driver, Nanda, picked us up early to go to Kanto Lampo to avoid the crowds, which was a great decision. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and managed to take many beautiful photos. Sari Timbul Glass Factory was fascinating, and their professional photographer guided us with great angles and poses, making the experience fun and enjoyable. They are also continuously creating more attractive and unique photo spots, which will surely make the place even more exciting for future visitors. We also visited a coffee farm nestled within the jungle, where we truly enjoyed the beautiful natural scenery and peaceful atmosphere. It was a delightful experience sampling the different varieties of tea and coffee. The highlight of the visit was meeting Alex, the farm’s adorable pet luwak, who made the experience even more memorable and fun. 😊 We truly appreciated Nanda's excellent service and warm hospitality. Wishing him continued success, prosperity, and many more happy customers in the future!

Best tour ever! We had our guide, Putu, pick us up from our villa and he was so early! He is so nice, polite, and friendly. We had so much fun, he took great pictures of us and was so patient when we were panting from the steps! Great guy! Koma from Aling-Aling Waterfall was so good too! Fun person!
