Para el té de la tarde, tan pronto como les mostré mi cupón de Klook, el personal supo a qué iba por mi nombre, y me trajeron la bebida (té helado, té caliente, café helado o café caliente) y luego el plato. Overall, we had a very relaxing and pleasant experience. We traveled there by motorbike & parking available. It located inside a private resort, they offer a quick buggy ride to the spa area, or you take short 5-min walk. the staff greeted us with welcome drinks and had us fill out a quick form to check preferred massage pressure. We were then able to choose our massage oil and body scrub. The treatmen started in a private room with a foot wash, followed by the massage & the scrub. The therapist will regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was comfortable. After the scrub, had to walk to a separate room for the bath while wrapped in towels. It would be more comfortable and seamless if the bath was set up in the same treatment room. Additionally, the bath portion felt a bit rushed; extending the allocated time to at least 30 minutes for the soak+ 10 minutes for showering, would make the whole experience perfect.

El tour es muy agradable. Tenemos muchísimas fotos dignas de Instagram, como miles de ellas. Vale la pena despertarse temprano para hacer fila en el templo. Nuestro conductor, Kuya Buya, es amable, respetuoso y muy relajado. También maneja con mucha precaución. This was such a good tour. We even got a coffee/tea tasting for free. We had the best guide named Gede, he was so patient and did everything in his power to make our trip as good as possible! Would highly recommend this tour if you like active activity. The food was also really good for lunch. We moved according to our tempo so no rush at all.

Had such a great experience with Bali Tarantula! We did both the ATV ride and Ayung River rafting, and honestly everything was so well arranged from start to finish. The timing, preparation and overall flow were really smooth. We didn’t have to worry about what to do next because everything was clearly organised. The staff were also helpful and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Both ATV & water rafting route was super fun and surprisingly long with different types of terrain! Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for some adventure in Bali. Would highly recommend Bali Tarantula! 🤍

I loved this experience. The booking system and the staff were really good. If you like an activity while you're away to break up some of the tourism, this is definitely worth doing. We paid for a photographer so we could just enjoy the experience and not have to worry about photos! His name was Uda and he was so lovely; he also doubled up as our driver for our pick-up and waterfall tour that we added on. He was lovely and attentive. We had a good laugh with him too. I would definitely recommend booking the smaller group. It was worth it.

Great experience! Right after paying on Klook, we immediately received a WhatsApp confirmation message from the activity organizer regarding the pickup location and time. The day before the activity, Boby, our lovely driver, WhatsApped us to confirm the location with a picture of our hotel attached to his message. Boby was friendly, polite, and punctual. He arrived early to pick us up. Boby was skilled, drove smoothly, and told us more about Bali during the trips. We were offered our snorkeling gear and headed out to the sites right away. The boat captain looked after us the whole time. He explained the safe snorkeling area to us, making sure we wouldn't be pushed to the shore by waves. We saw beautiful fish and corals, even sighted a sea turtle, which made us very happy. The water temperature was 26 degrees C, a bit chilly for us, but pleasant. We spent a reasonable amount of time in the water and headed back to shore where we had a simple wash-up and changed back into dry clothes. After a simple but nice lunch, Boby drove us straight back to the hotel.

I am Japanese. Even 60 minutes was perfectly wonderful. The explanations and interactions with the therapist were in English, but it's not a problem if you understand basic English. In the lobby, while enjoying a drink, you decide on things like whether to have a head and neck massage and how much pressure you prefer. Afterwards, you apply four types of massage oils to your arm to choose your favorite scent, then move to a private room. The therapist was also very kind, and the pressure of the full-body massage was excellent!!! After it's over, you can drink traditional tea and browse souvenirs. I actually bought the massage oil with the scent I used for about 700 yen. It was almost on time, so there was no long wait or feeling rushed, but I recommend going a little early because the lobby atmosphere and building are so lovely that you'll want to take photos! Overall, it was very clean, the staff were kind, and it was a wonderful place where time passed leisurely!!! You should definitely go!!!!!!!!!
