Guide: Guide Agung is super nice and professional. He knows a lot about this land and showed us the birds and various plants in the jungle. He even made me a bracelet with rattan. Many of his stories are very interesting. If you love nature, this would be a very meaningful hike. Hiking Difficulty: It's a total distance of 2km. It's a bit muddy, but very simple for experienced people. Beginners can also choose the simple path. Scenery: A very primitive jungle, and the temple at the end is very beautiful.

Itinerary: The itinerary was well-planned. Two hours of rainforest trekking, a 20-minute boat ride, an hour for lunch, and an hour of free time at the waterfall. It was small and beautiful, just right – not too tiring but thoroughly enjoyable. Scenery: It was my first time experiencing the rainforest and waterfall scenery, and it was very special. Especially today, with the rain and mist, the view when we came out of the rainforest and got on the boat was like a fairyland. Guide: Budu is a local and very familiar with the rainforest. She explained things all along the way, and her English had no accent, so it was easy to understand. She was very interesting. Her guiding, explaining, and instructional abilities were all excellent, and she was also incredibly thoughtful, bringing us breakfast and mineral water. Because it was the rainy season, she also brought raincoats and bought local specialty fruits. When my clothes got wet, she even offered me her jacket. Five-star rating! Hiking Difficulty: Not very difficult. The rainy season made the path quite muddy, so my shoes and pants were covered in mud, but it was manageable. I walked 10,000 steps in total, and most people with average fitness should be able to complete it.

Big thumbs up to our tour guide! He was enthusiastic and professional. The driver was also incredibly genuine, helping us bargain for durian and picking out the best, most affordable one. We definitely would have paid more if he hadn't been there. We truly felt the sincerity of the local hospitality. We also bought some great coffee at a reasonable price.

We were particularly looking forward to visiting because it's a UNESCO World Heritage site, but the driver overslept, making us wait an hour and a half. We had been contacting the travel agency since the day before, and they kept reassuring us, but Indonesians' way of doing things makes one uneasy. Eventually, a very young driver arrived and started speeding, meaning we had to cut short our time at many attractions. The first stop was the zoo, where we spent an hour. The driver seemed confused about whether the ticket price was included 😓. The second stop, the Water Temple, was beautiful and worth visiting. We skipped lunch to keep to the schedule and arrived at the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces, a World Heritage site, which was truly spectacular and worth a visit. The fourth stop was Tanah Lot Temple. Strangely, the restrooms inside charged a fee, even though we had already paid for admission. Finally, he took us back to Seminyak. The distances between stops were quite long, and the driver worked hard, so we decided to forgive him. He also pleaded with us to give him five stars. Perhaps he's young and inexperienced; he could be given another chance, otherwise, waiting an hour and a half in the morning was truly infuriating 💢. Overall, it was a worthwhile trip, but it's essential to double-check the departure time with the driver.

Our guide Dedi and driver Buda were incredibly friendly. We hiked through the jungle, swung on a hammock, and learned so much about plants. The meals were delicious, the coffee was fantastic, and it was an absolutely worthwhile journey.

Mi hijo de 5 años y yo hicimos una excursión de un día, y nuestro conductor y guía, Parwata, fue un verdadero placer. Desde el principio, nos hizo sentir cómodos y bien atendidos. Compartió muchos conocimientos sobre los diferentes lugares que visitamos y fue muy informativo sobre dónde íbamos y cuánto tiempo tardaríamos en llegar, lo que hizo que el día se sintiera relajado y bien planificado. Pasamos un día maravilloso lleno de momentos inolvidables, lugares hermosos y muchas experiencias emocionantes 😊 Aprendimos mucho en el camino, y Parwata fue especialmente amable y paciente con mi hijo, lo que significó mucho para mí como padre. Disfrutamos cada parte del día y siempre nos sentimos seguros y bienvenidos. Scenery: Average, quite basic. Tour Guide: Tya was an excellent guide! Itinerary: A bit tiring, but not difficult, suitable for beginners. Lunch was delicious, even though there were many flies at the location.

A very happy journey! The driver arrived at the hotel before 7 AM to wait, and we departed promptly at 8 AM. Around 10 AM, we met our guide, Putu Karisna. Putu prepared mineral water and banana chips for us (and more fruit after the monkeys stole some), as well as "lifesaving" bamboo poles. The weather was perfect, sunny all the way, and it wasn't hot in the rainforest, though some paths were a bit challenging. During the trek, Putu continuously provided explanations in English, which was very professional 👍. We learned about many plants, such as coffee beans, lemongrass, and the roots of phalaenopsis orchids. The Twin Lakes and the waterfall were also very beautiful. The final lunch was delicious, much better than the hotel food; we even bought an extra portion of corn chips 👍.
