Our driver made our Yunnan trip absolutely exceptional. He was incredibly accommodating throughout the journey, always patient and attentive to our needs. Beyond just driving, he gave us fantastic recommendations for places to visit that weren't in any guidebook including introducing the historical context. He also went the extra mile by checking weather conditions daily with his fellow drivers, and based on that, he proactively advised itinerary changes to make sure we caught the best scenic views at the right time. He was also very proactive about advising us on how to prepare for the 4000m high altitude, which really helped us acclimatize comfortably. The biggest highlight was his flexibility—when he realized our train departure on the last day was much earlier, he reworked our itinerary on the spot so we could still enjoy a full morning without any stress. Reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind—we couldn't have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Master Heyinglong for taking care of us throughout the journey! The master was very punctual, provided excellent service, and was enthusiastic about helping us order from Meituan and pick up our meals. Along the way, he also introduced local history and culture, and shared stories about his hometown, making the trip more interesting. There was no forced shopping or extra spending throughout the entire trip, and he even helped us take photos as souvenirs. The whole journey was relaxed and pleasant, highly recommended! The tour guide was very professional. They arrived at the meeting point before the scheduled time. The transportation throughout the journey was very spacious and comfortable. Inter-city travel involved the High-Speed Rail. The tour company booked suitable and comfortable seats for the entire HSR journey from Kunming to Dali, and then from Lijiang back to Kunming. The hotels booked by the tour company were also very comfortable and close to the attractions. In summary, I would rate it 9.0 out of 10.

Our driver picked us up from our hotel at our own timing and we have a smooth journey. He also provided some brief history of shaxi and dali old town and accompanied us through out the journey. As a final stop our driver has also drove us to "santorini dali" at our request. The view of er hai from the hill top is indeed wonderful

Throughout the journey, he drove smoothly and comfortably, and he also transformed into the best tour guide – when passing Yulong Snow Mountain, he would slow down so we could admire the cloud-shrouded peaks; before entering Tiger Leaping Gorge, he vividly recounted the legends and geographical mysteries of the canyon; on the high-altitude roads of Shangri-La, he constantly checked if we felt dizzy or out of breath, and had oxygen tanks ready for us. On the day we visited Meili Snow Mountain, a travel companion experienced mild altitude sickness, and he thoughtfully provided us with assistance. On this Yunnan trip, he was not just a driver, but more like a good friend to us in Yunnan. Finally, we are even more grateful to Klook for arranging all of this for us.
