It's very close to Dali Ancient City, and the environment is quite nice. The overall service and the hotel accommodation were very comfortable. There's an electric shuttle to take you to your room, and self-service washing machines. The gym is also quite good overall.

We planned about 30% of our Yunnan trip on our own and booked this tour for the rest of our journey from Dali to Lijiang and Shangri-La. Our tour advisor, Sally, was incredibly patient and responsive. She answered all of our questions before the trip, and two days before departure we were added to a WeChat group with Sally and our driver, which made communication very easy throughout the trip.
A special thank you to our driver, Mr. He Guo Zheng, who truly made our journey even more enjoyable. He was always punctual and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. His kindness and attentiveness made us feel well taken care of from start to finish.
The scenery throughout the trip was absolutely breathtaking. Every destination had something unique to offer, from majestic mountains and peaceful lakes to charming old towns.

Guide 茶金 was very friendly. We gave a list of places we wanted to go to, and he arranged it accordingly. He gave us our own time to explore places, and did not rush us. He even gave us some good suggestions on where to go for eg coffee at wenbi village, and brought us to a lunch place along the way (which was very yummy) as we had no idea where to go. He took us to some photo shots along the way, and shared his knowledge of Yunnan with us. It was an enjoyable trip!

We booked for 3 pax for April 2026. 7 others joined us to make up the group. Itenery covered as mentioned with sufficient free time given to explore the places we visited.
Klook handled the picking up from the Train Station on Arrival to sending us to the Airport for Departure, promptly and timely at our schedule. Kudos. In this respect, hats off to the coordinator Winnie (小小舟) for doing the planning work for us. She had patience and guided us along from the point we made contact, enquired about packages, the details in between, to our booking, arrival and departure effortlessly.
For the tour, we travelled on the same vehicle throughout our journey. For the first 3 days of the tour, we had an amicable and pleasant guide with the name 杨雪梅. We knew at once she had passion for this job. Thanks for the great photos & good angles despite the crowds and also information that helped us appreciate our tour better. The next 3 days, Maka was our guide. He was loud but respectful & helpful.

The tour guide was very professional. They arrived at the meeting point before the scheduled time. The transportation throughout the journey was very spacious and comfortable. Inter-city travel involved the High-Speed Rail. The tour company booked suitable and comfortable seats for the entire HSR journey from Kunming to Dali, and then from Lijiang back to Kunming. The hotels booked by the tour company were also very comfortable and close to the attractions. In summary, I would rate it 9.0 out of 10.

云南旅游套餐总体令人满意，尽管行程安排只算中等。目的地很有趣，导游也很友好，但不会说英语；即使是基本的英语也能帮助国际旅客。免费提供了云杉坪的门票，而游览玉龙雪山则需要额外付费换票。这一点没有提前告知，导致我未能登顶。餐食是免费的，但没有清真选项。作为一名穆斯林旅客，我理解，但改进后能让穆斯林旅客更舒适地参与。总的来说，这次体验是令人满意的，但更好的门票管理、清真餐食选择、行程规划以及导游基本的英语技能将使套餐对旅客更加友好。

The itinerary was flawless — no rushing at all. My English speaking tour guide took the time to explain Dali’s history and patiently answered all my questions.
My favorite parts were visiting the local morning market, exploring the variety of fresh fruits and seafood from different communities, and the tie-dye experience with the local grandma. Highly recommend this experience!

Klook-organized my trip to Kunming, Dali, and Lijiang areas was a pleasure, especially the hotel provided was very nice. Lunch was still standard.
The tour leaders in Kunming, Ms. Tang Ling, and Mr. Chang TL Lijiang were very adept at providing a lot of information about the culture and life of Chinnese minority communities. Thank you also to the bus driver (P66677), who was very good at driving during the long and tiring trip.

We had a fantastic morning at a family-owned tea plantation, where we were warmly welcomed by the host, Sister Lan. Our guide, Sister Xiang, was incredibly patient as she taught us the art of picking tea leaves. We even got to experience the process of drying and kneading the leaves afterwards. The entire experience was both educational and enjoyable. I highly recommend this activity!
