Our driver made our Yunnan trip absolutely exceptional. He was incredibly accommodating throughout the journey, always patient and attentive to our needs. Beyond just driving, he gave us fantastic recommendations for places to visit that weren't in any guidebook including introducing the historical context. He also went the extra mile by checking weather conditions daily with his fellow drivers, and based on that, he proactively advised itinerary changes to make sure we caught the best scenic views at the right time.. He was also very proactive about advising us on how to prepare for the 4000m high altitude, which really helped us acclimatize comfortably. The biggest highlight was his flexibility—when he realized our train departure on the last day was much earlier, he reworked our itinerary on the spot so we could still enjoy a full morning without any stress. The tourguide is very professional. Arrived at the meeting point before the meeting time. The transport throughout the journey was very spacious & comfortable. The inter city transport involved the High Speed train. The tour company booked a suitable & comfort seat throughout the HSR journey from Kunming to Dali, then from Lijiang back to Kunming. The hotels that were booked by the tour company are also very comfortable and near to the attraction point. In summary, the, i would rate it 9.0 out of 10.

Our driver picked us up from our hotel at our own timing and we have a smooth journey. He also provided some brief history of shaxi and dali old town and accompanied us through out the journey. As a final stop our driver has also drove us to "santorini dali" at our request. The view of er hai from the hill top is indeed wonderful

Throughout the journey, he drove smoothly and comfortably, and he also transformed into the best tour guide—when passing Yulong Snow Mountain, he would slow down so we could admire the cloud-shrouded peaks; before entering Tiger Leaping Gorge, he vividly recounted the legends and geographical mysteries of the canyon; on the high-altitude roads of Shangri-La, he constantly checked if we felt dizzy or short of breath and had oxygen tanks ready for us. On the day we visited Meili Snow Mountain, a fellow traveler experienced mild altitude sickness, and he thoughtfully provided assistance. On this Yunnan trip, he was not just a driver, but more like a good friend to us in Yunnan. Finally, we must also thank Klook for arranging everything for us.
