This was my first time joining a small group tour, and it was so much better than a large group! The itinerary was very flexible throughout the trip. Whether we wanted to stay longer at a scenic spot to enjoy the view and take photos, or if we felt we had seen enough and wanted to leave earlier to continue our journey, everything was completely tailored to our pace. The experience was superb. For meals during the trip, we had our own snacks and also meals arranged by the driver-guide, which were much better than traditional group meals. We got to try many local specialties. Our driver-guide, Juanzi (He Chengjuan), deserves special praise! She is very experienced, and her driving was so steady that we felt completely safe sleeping in the car. More importantly, she shared many local customs, cultural stories, and background knowledge about each scenic area throughout the journey. She was both professional and friendly, never stiff or formal. The entire trip felt warmer and more interesting because of Juanzi's company. I highly recommend her; she made this trip truly unforgettable.

A very comfortable and worry-free trip! This time, I came to Yunnan with my mother and chose a private customized tour because I didn't want to plan the itinerary myself. We could freely choose the attractions we wanted to visit, and the customer service helped us arrange the itinerary order. The attractions in Lugu Lake and Lijiang were all incredibly beautiful. The entire trip was unhurried and very comfortable, allowing us to fully enjoy all the scenery. One day, we wanted to change the itinerary at the last minute, and the customer service quickly helped us re-plan it – super awesome! Moreover, our driver and guide, Master He Jiangling, was incredibly kind, witty, and humorous. He would introduce the attractions before we arrived, took great care of us throughout the trip, and even prepared snacks, water, oxygen tanks, and sprain medicine. It was a fantastic trip, and I hope to visit again next time!

The private customization was so worry-free! Tour guide Master Achun made the whole family very satisfied! This time, I brought my mother and child to Yunnan. Because my mother was afraid of altitude sickness, we chose a relatively relaxed Dali-Lijiang tour. Tour guide Master Achun adjusted everything completely according to our needs, and the pace was comfortable and not tiring! -Arranged niche ancient towns (such as Baisha) and relaxed Erhai Lake cycling, which both seniors and children could participate in. -Tour guide Master Achun helped carry luggage throughout the trip and even prepared portable oxygen tanks, which was very thoughtful! -Adjusted the route temporarily according to the weather. This is what real travel is about! No routines, pure fun all the way! -Visited a Naxi family to learn Dongba script. Master Achun is a local and knows all the hidden gems (such as the best viewing spot for Erhai Lake sunrise). The itinerary wasn't rushed but was incredibly rich. Finally, a huge shout-out to Master Achun! He's not just a tour guide; he's a walking happiness machine! The whole family loved him, and we'll definitely ask him to be our driver-guide again next time we visit!

Such a wonderful experience visiting around Yunnan through many places like Lugu lake, Erhai lake and the ancient city of Lijiang and Dali. We love this program as it was convenient for kids as it was not too densed program. We appreciate the time to walk or cycling around the lake to contemplate the beauty and peacefully of the nature. We love the choice of restaurants where our guide Ram has recommended. She knew everyone in the area and help us to discover the best of the region. Always resourcefulness and smiling, she tried her best to give us the information and history of the places which linked to her Naxi’ origin. We were thankful to have her as our guide and driver.

It was really great, I've already recommended this trip to several friends. Especially Master Zhang Feng (Zhang Sanfeng), our local guide and driver for the entire trip. The car was a new and clean Volkswagen ID.4, and Master Sanfeng drove incredibly smoothly even on several hours of mountain roads, allowing us to sleep soundly. The itinerary was also very reasonable, and we were very satisfied with the Lugu Lake and Snow Mountain parts of the trip. Overall, everything was excellent, except we wished there were more hotel options. It was a perfect journey, and we hope to see Master Sanfeng again next time!

This was my first time visiting Yunnan. I chose this Klook package because I was concerned about high altitudes (looking for an itinerary that didn't include Shangri-La) and wanted a more leisurely trip. Our tour leader, Master A-Jie (He Bingjie), was extremely professional, punctual, responsible, and very attentive. We enjoyed the natural scenery while visiting Lugu Lake. In Lijiang, we were incredibly lucky to witness the stunning golden mountain bathed in sunlight and the Yak Meadow snow mountain. There was a slight regret in Dali due to the dusty weather, which made the sky a bit gloomy, but it didn't affect the tie-dye experience or the charming Xizhou Ancient Town and Shuanglang Ancient Town, which still retain their unique character. I was initially worried about the inconvenience for two women (one older, one younger), but the trip was very reassuring. Master A-Jie didn't rush us, allowing us to enjoy ourselves fully, and he arrived quickly after we messaged him when we were done. Thank you, Master A-Jie!

We were a group of two, and the entire trip was private. We had a very good driver (Mandarin speaking) and decent hotels for the price we paid. The organizers are very flexible too. You will need to contact them via WeChat after booking.

Our tour guide and driver, Sister Lam, is a very responsible leader. She is very kind, attentive, and engaging, so there's never a dull moment. She is very patient and never rushes us, and her explanations of the attractions are delivered with warmth. Throughout the trip, she treated us like friends. We were a group of four, and she took care of everyone's needs. When we went up Mengniu Ping, she was worried we might not adapt, so she accompanied us up the mountain and enthusiastically helped us take beautiful videos. We are very satisfied with Sister Lam's arrangements. Thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Our tour guide and driver, Master Sanfeng, is a meticulous, good-tempered, and very responsible person. We are grateful that he always allowed us to explore freely and never rushed us. Apart from the hotel bathroom door at Lugu Lake, the three of us were extremely satisfied with this itinerary. The tourist spots were truly beautiful, and Master Sanfeng also explained local culture to us, introduced us to some local delicacies, and of course, helped us take beautiful photos. We experienced tie-dyeing, took a pig trough boat on Lugu Lake, went up the snow-capped mountains, and down to Erhai Lake. We hope to travel with Master Sanfeng again next time we visit.

The entire journey was very smooth. We're grateful to our tour guide and driver, Master A-Ming, for his companionship along the way. A-Ming, a Naxi person from Yunnan, provided many introductions to local attractions and delicious food. He also drove steadily and carefully. You can absolutely rest assured when he leads the tour.
