Passeios por Narusawa Ice Cave

We loved our tour to Mt. Fuji, but unfortunately, we couldn't see Mt. Fuji today because it's so cold here in Tokyo. I was only able to video and catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji from the bus. Next time, I'll try the Mt. Fuji tour that includes the Lawson area, as it allows for quick photo opportunities. The strawberries were delicious, we really enjoyed them. And the lunch, which was included in the tour package, was also very tasty.

最初はオペレーターから連絡がなかったので心配になり、家族と早めに行くことにしました。早く着くと、旗を持った女性がいました。彼女は私たちのバウチャーを求め、自分のグループのものだと言いましたが、私たちの名前は彼女のリストにはありませんでした。数分後、彼女は私たちのグループに座席番号を教えてくれました。集合時間は8時でしたが、早く着いたので7時40分に出発しました。その後、知らない番号から着信があり、参加する予定だったグループからのものだと思いました。その女性も、私たちが間違ったグループに参加した（ただし、同じ会社内）と言いました。そして、訪れる場所が予約したものと異なるが大丈夫かと尋ねられました。私はそれで問題ありませんでした。スタッフもとても親切でした。富士山に行く人にはこの旅行をお勧めします！

This was our first trip to Japan and our tour guide on our trip to Hakone made it a super memorable experience. Our guide made sure at each stop along the way that everyone was present and accounted for. We were running late at one stop because I had to use the restroom and he waited to make sure we were there before moving on. He was super personable, and spoke great English. We even had a great conversation at one point while waiting in line for the ropeway. We were lucky enough to see Mt. Fuji with a clear view on our trip on one of the 100 days a year that it is visible. Because of that and our wonderful tour guide we had a very memorable experience on our tour! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to go on a fun adventure in Japan or just get a break from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo while on vacation. It was a great part of our trip, and it was something I will always remember.

The driver was patient and courteous. If you are expecting a guide standard, then this tour will not suit you. The driver will briefly give directions and some information on what to expect. We would rather have the driver focus on the road. We are happy to travel in a van as a family rather than squeezing into a coach with many tour members. Be aware that the driver will take you to a Japanese restaurant for lunch, and you won't be able to choose the venue as it's assigned by the company. You have the freedom to choose what you want to eat or share food if the portion is too much, as you will be paying for it. We are happy to travel as a family and bond with each other, and we timed each place of interest ourselves (the timing might be rushed for some people). We were content with eating lavender ice cream, feeding the swans, and taking photos of Mount Fuji. The places of interest were less crowded, except for Oishi Park. It's suitable for bringing elderly people along, as it's a slow pace and involves less walking.

Our guide, Alex, went above and beyond to provide a great experience! He was very friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour, you’ll see Mt. Fuji from 2 different sites, ride on a cable car, enjoy lunch, and pick fruits (grapes for us). The views were stunning!

前一天下雪了。为了我们的安全，工作人员告诉我们，有些道路结冰很危险，无法通行，但他们为此制定了备用方案。这太有趣了！

100% recommend this tour! Alex, our tour guide, was an excellent communicator. His English was superb. Alex made sure we got great photos of Mount Fuji and was very accommodating. Lunch was delicious too!

We had originally planned to travel to Kawaguchiko on our own and spend the day in one place. I'm glad we took the chance and had the tour though as it cost about the same as a solo trip. We were expecting a huge tour bus but it was only a Toyota Hiace van which made the trip more pleasant and relaxing. Our driver Wan was very good navigating traffic and getting us around. While the itinerary didn't state it there was a lunch break at a traditional Japanese restaurant. It was very expensive and not included in the price but part of the experience. We only felt a little rushed at the end of the day when it was getting close to the time to head back to Tokyo but otherwise it was a good day.
