Мы просто в восторге от этой экскурсии, особенно от нашего гида Тхача! Он с самого начала был очень внимательным и заботливым. Он забрал нас пораньше, по дороге в Бана Хиллз рассказал много интересного об истории Дананга и позаботился о том, чтобы у нас было достаточно времени для остановок в туалет, что было особенно важно, так как в нашей группе были пожилые люди. У Тхача также был отличный план посещения Бана Хиллз, который помог нам увидеть и оценить как можно больше, избегая толп туристов. Нам ни о чем не пришлось беспокоиться — мы просто следовали за Тхачем и наслаждались днем! 😄 Настоятельно рекомендуем эту экскурсию, особенно с Тхачем в качестве гида!

Booking experience was as Smooth as a butter. Ms Han, was our guide and did a great job from the start to end ensuring clear communication to enjoy the Ba Na Hill visit. Vehicle was clean and drive was very safe. Even though the weather was misty, Ms Han ensured to provide us Ponchos, which otherwise is very expensive in Ba Na Hill.

The transaction was really smooth and had no problems whatsoever. We were able to enter the theme park and the buffet area smoothly. Our driver, Mr. Kevin Lê did so well in driving us safely to and from Ba Na Hills. He was really nice and friendly. Overall the experience was so lovely! Thank you so much!!

Our driver An Hai was extremely patient and helpful in our trip! He gave us some interesting recommendations for after the trip to see more of Da Nang given it is the weekend. Our coordinator Luyen is also super responsive and got to our queries in real time whenever we needed help. Overall it’s a very good experience and I would strongly recommend — SunWorld is however quite the tourist trap, so be prepared to pay for on-site add-on activities to enhance the experience

I booked this trip while I was in Hanoi as I would be in Hoi An in a few days. The booking system was very easy, and after confirming everything, I received a WhatsApp message with all the information I needed. On the day of the trip, I was picked up from my hotel at the exact time they had told me. Several other people were also picked up, and then we were off to Ba Na Hills Sunworld. The minibus was comfortable and at a perfect temperature, and the driver was very careful and considerate of our safety. Our tour guide was Mr. Bean, and he was a very funny guy, very informative, and knowledgeable. He explained everything perfectly and gave us precise timings for the various stops throughout the day. Nothing was any trouble for him, and he made the trip a very good experience for all of us. As for Sunworld, it is a magical place with plenty to do and see—a Vietnamese Disneyworld at the top of a mountain! I highly recommend this experience.

This private tour was incredibly satisfying. It was worth every penny. Our guide, Eunha, provided explanations based on local perspectives, incorporating history and culture, and interpreted everything perfectly for us Koreans. I had no idea Ba Na Hills was so vast; honestly, if the guide hadn't been there, we would have struggled so much that we might have even argued during our honeymoon. 👀 She knew all the shortcuts and tailored the route to our preferences, so it was wonderful to just trust her and follow along, haha. As a couple who loves experiences, she was considerate enough to arrange extra activities and take photos for us. Her Korean was excellent, so there were no communication difficulties at all. She also recommended the signature cave at Marble Mountains, which allowed us to get 200% out of the experience, making it truly enjoyable! 🤩🤍🩵 Also, as an introvert, I don't like overly energetic guides, those who talk too much, or those who try to control things. But Eunha was genuinely comfortable and kind, treating us so well, so I highly recommend her to fellow introverts! 👍 The driver also drove safely and comfortably, and it was great that the car didn't smell like cigarettes, haha.

The tour guide will contact you 2 days before the trip. Along the way, she will introduce Vietnamese culture, and at Ba Na Hills, she will actively help with guidance and taking photos. It's very suitable for bringing elders to experience, and her attitude is very friendly. I recommend tour guide Xiao Cui.

Pengalaman saya dengan Bapak Hai Map Truc Tuyen, cara berkomunikasi dan pelaksanaan pemandu wisata sangat baik, sangat membantu ketika kami bertanya kepadanya tentang makanan bernama Banh Mi yang terkenal di Danang, lalu dia juga memberikan informasi tentang Banh Mi lokal yang lezat. Kami mengalami kendala, yaitu keterlambatan turun dari Ba Na Hills karena hujan dan angin kencang, sehingga kereta gantung ditutup sementara, tetapi pengemudi masih menunggu kami dan tetap membawa kami ke beberapa tempat sesuai lokasi yang telah tertulis, terima kasih banyak atas kesabaran Anda dan karena terus membantu kami menemukan pemandu wisata ketika kami tidak dapat menemukan pemandu Klook di Hoi An.
