The tour contacted us 2 days beforehand. The driver and guide were very punctual. Our guide, Chen Fang, was very detailed and engaging. As we were traveling with children, she was incredibly patient and gave us quizzes to keep my children entertained. The car provided was very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this tour if you only have a limited number of days in Xi'an.

Our tour guide, Ding, was fantastic and accommodating, providing top-notch customer service. It was an amazing experience from the moment we met him at Xi'anbei train station. He speaks English very well, explaining and describing every aspect of what to expect and even unexpected information. The private tour offered the best atmosphere and personal experience. The driver was safe and punctual, working with Ding as a great team. Well done, and we absolutely recommend him and his driver to everyone.

Our tour guide Star is great. she is fluent in both English and Chinese language. she took us to the places listed and has been very patient and friendly. The tour size is small so she is able to take care of everyone well. She is very knowledgeable in Qin dynasty’s terra cotta warrior artifact and we learn a lot from her tour.
