The service was excellent. They arrived on time as scheduled, near the hotel. I don't speak Chinese, but using a translation app worked perfectly fine. It's not necessary to walk with the tour group the entire time; you can explore on your own and meet the group at the agreed time and place, such as at the Starbucks exit.

Our tour guide, Ding, was fantastic and accommodating, providing top-notch customer service. It was an amazing experience from the moment we met him at Xi'anbei train station. He speaks English very well, explaining and describing every aspect of what to expect and even unexpected information. The private tour offered the best atmosphere and personal experience. The driver was safe and punctual, working with Ding as a great team. Well done, and we absolutely recommend him and his driver to everyone.

Overall, I was satisfied with the experience, and all itineraries were completed on time. I especially commend tour guides Cheng Mengmeng (East Line), Jing Jing (Hukou), and Xiao Liu (Huashan) for their meticulous professionalism, which saved a lot of time. Here are a few points of feedback for the travel agency to improve upon: The four-diamond hotel (Hanguang) was booked as a non-smoking room, but we were given a room with a strong smoke odor. Although we immediately requested a change to a slightly smaller room, the internet didn't work, and the shower leaked. For transportation, two days had VIP first-class coaches, which were very comfortable, but some other coaches were very ordinary. I hope the tour guides can remind passengers to use headphones and not play videos on speaker, so that those who need to rest can do so peacefully. Regarding the itinerary: Maoling was said to be optional, but the local guide still required us to purchase tickets and enter. At the Yellow Emperor's Mausoleum, there was a worship ceremony, and yellow scarves were given to everyone without prior notice of a charge, only to be told at the end that each scarf cost RM10, which left a bad impression. Other chargeable items and performances were clearly communicated in advance, allowing guests to freely choose to purchase them.

Our tour guide Tracy was amazing. She covered the history of China/the story behind the Terracotta Warriors and it extremely easy to understand. They explained the history in a way that felt like a real conversation, not a lecture. It honestly felt like hanging out with someone who really loves what they do. - Super fun experience! I Highly recommend Tracy to anyone visiting.

Had a wonderful time at the Terracotta Warrior Museum with Roger as our guide. The experience was great from the very start all the way to the end of our visit. The pick-up was on time and everything that was promised were delivered. Excellent lunch buffet at the end of the tour. Thank you!
