Det var på sommertilbud, så det var absolutt verdt det. Guiden var veldig kunnskapsrik og tålmodig. Eneste ulempen var at lunsjen som ble servert var veldig gjennomsnittlig, den kunne definitivt vært bedre, og de kunne også i det minste ha gitt en flaske vann.

Veldig god service. Kom presis til avtalt tid nær hotellet. Jeg snakker ikke kinesisk, men det var ikke noe problem å bruke en oversettelsesapp. Det er ikke nødvendig å gå med turgruppen hele tiden; man kan utforske på egen hånd og møte gruppen til avtalt tid og sted ved Starbucks-utgangen.

Our tour guide, Ding has been fantastic and accommodating with his delivery of top notch customer service. it has been such an amazing experience from the time we met up with him at the Xi’anbei train station. He speaks English very well throughout explaining and describing every aspect of what is expected the unexpected information. The private tour provided the best atmosphere and personal experience. The driver was safe and punctual working with Ding as such a great team. Well done and we absolutely recommend him and his driver to anyone.

整體體驗滿意，行程都能準點走完，其中特別肯定程夢夢（東線）/井晶（壺口）/小劉（華山）這幾位導游細心專業節省很多時間。幾點反饋希望旅社能精進：四鑽飯店（含光）預定無煙房型但現場給了一間煙味超大的，即時反應改了小一點的房，但是網路不通，淋浴間會滲水😆。交通車 有兩天搭配VIP頭等艙非常舒適，有些車就很一般 ，希望導游能宣導車上乘客使用耳機不要開擴音看影片，需要休息的乘客可以好好休息。行程方面：茂陵說是自由參加但當地導游還是要我們購票付費入園 ，黃帝陵有一個祭拜的儀式，黃色圍巾事先也沒說要收費就每個人都掛上，最後才說一條RM10感受不佳。其他收費項目，表演都有事先告知清楚，隨客人自由加購。

Our tour guide Tracy was amazing. She covered the history of China/the story behind the Terracotta Warriors and it extremely easy to understand. They explained the history in a way that felt like a real conversation, not a lecture. It honestly felt like hanging out with someone who really loves what they do. - Super fun experience! I Highly recommend Tracy to anyone visiting.

Had a wonderful time at the Terracotta Warrior Museum with Roger as our guide. The experience was great from the very start all the way to the end of our visit. The pick-up was on time and everything that was promised were delivered. Excellent lunch buffet at the end of the tour. Thank you!
