it was on summer discount so it was definitely worth it. guide was very knowledgeable and patient. only downside was that the lunch provided was very average, definitely could've been better, and also they could've at least provided a bottle of water.

Excellent service. They arrived on time as scheduled near the hotel. I don't speak Chinese, but using a translation app was no problem. You don't have to walk with the tour group the whole time. You can walk around on your own and meet up with the group at the designated time and place at the Starbucks exit.

Our tour guide, Ding has been fantastic and accommodating with his delivery of top notch customer service. it has been such an amazing experience from the time we met up with him at the Xi’anbei train station. He speaks English very well throughout explaining and describing every aspect of what is expected the unexpected information. The private tour provided the best atmosphere and personal experience. The driver was safe and punctual working with Ding as such a great team. Well done and we absolutely recommend him and his driver to anyone.

The overall experience was satisfactory, and the itinerary was completed on time. I especially appreciate the carefulness and professionalism of Cheng Mengmeng (East Line)/Jing Jing (Hukou)/Xiao Liu (Huashan) who saved a lot of time. Some feedbacks hope that the hotel can improve: Four Diamond Hotel (Hanguang) booked a non-smoking room, but was given a room with a strong smell of smoke on site. The immediate response changed to a smaller room, but the Internet was not connected and the shower room would leak 😆. The transportation bus was very comfortable with VIP first-class cabins for two days, and some cars were very ordinary. I hope the tour guide can promote the use of headphones by passengers on the bus instead of turning on the loudspeaker to watch videos, and passengers who need to rest can have a good rest. In terms of itinerary: Maoling said that it was free to participate, but the local tour guide still asked us to buy tickets and pay to enter the park. There was a worship ceremony at the Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor. The yellow scarf was not charged in advance, so everyone hung it. At the end, it was said that it was RM10 per scarf, which was not a good feeling. Other charges and performances were clearly informed in advance, and guests can add them freely.

Our tour guide Tracy was amazing. She covered the history of China/the story behind the Terracotta Warriors and it extremely easy to understand. They explained the history in a way that felt like a real conversation, not a lecture. It honestly felt like hanging out with someone who really loves what they do. - Super fun experience! I Highly recommend Tracy to anyone visiting.

Had a wonderful time at the Terracotta Warrior Museum with Roger as our guide. The experience was great from the very start all the way to the end of our visit. The pick-up was on time and everything that was promised were delivered. Excellent lunch buffet at the end of the tour. Thank you!

Our guide, Teacher Nikun, provided a very professional and detailed explanation, demonstrating an extensive knowledge of the Terracotta Army's history. His attitude was enthusiastic and humorous. The itinerary was well-planned and flowed smoothly, making for an absolutely high-quality experience!
