I was looking for a customized tour in Xi’an for my family, including my parents who are in their late 60s. We customized our itinerary one-on-one with customer service on the platform, and they provided very useful suggestions for our reference during our communication. After confirming the itinerary, we received a quote and made the payment. Upon arrival, our tour guide Xiao Zhang and driver Master Ren were also very professional. We had both elderly and young members in our group, and they took meticulous care of everyone throughout the trip. Their explanations of the attractions were very detailed.
