It's been a long time since I last ate here. When looking for food near the Taipei Arena with friends from out of town, Lin Dong Fang Beef Noodles was the first place that came to mind. The chili oil is still very fragrant, and you can get free soup refills, which is great. The dried tofu is also very juicy.
