Last time I tried Shuangyue's "Love-Hate Noodle," and I absolutely loved it. I'm finally back in Taipei, so I had to try it again. The moment the noodles hit my mouth, they were incredibly flavorful and aromatic, and the broth was unbelievably rich. It's truly the perfect meal after taking the high-speed rail to Taipei, just like the "Ecstasy Noodle" from the movie "God of Cookery" – it almost brings tears to your eyes. The storefront is tucked away on the first floor of a building, and the sign isn't particularly flashy, but once you step inside, the space is more spacious than expected. absolutely delicious. I suggest coming at least 30 minutes before it starts since the queue itself will take a while. extremely wheelchair friendly. I wouldn’t say the show itself was that spectacular because it’s just the lights moving with music in the background, but it’s OK. the photo option didn’t really work for us. lobster and steak take a while to queue so make sure to actually reserve and go back usually within 3 to 5 minutes to fetch your lobster or steak.
