When I think of Ximending, the first thing that comes to mind is Ay-Chung Flour-Rice Noodle. It's delicious even when eaten standing up. Luckily, it wasn't too hot that day, so I wasn't sweating while eating. It was as delicious as ever, full of bonito flavor, and the large intestine was soft yet chewy. So good, I loved it!

It's been a long time since I last ate here. When looking for food near the Taipei Arena with friends from out of town, Lin Dong Fang Beef Noodles was the first place that came to mind. The chili oil is still very fragrant, and you can get free soup refills, which is great. The dried tofu is also very juicy.
