Booking this cruise was hands-down one of the highlights of my trip! Timing it for sunset was absolute perfection because I got to experience the best of both worlds: watching the city glowing in the late daylight, followed by the breathtaking view of Budapest fully illuminated at night. ​Seeing the Parliament building and the bridges light up from the water is pure magic. The whole experience was smooth, relaxing, and incredibly well-organized.

I'm writing this review to sincerely thank you for our guide, Lucky, for his amazing guidance during our day tour covering Vienna to Bratislava to Budapest. From the very beginning, your relaxed and friendly style made the whole trip feel smooth and enjoyable.

I thought it would just be a pipe organ performance, but it felt more like a complex concert with opera vocals and flute playing as well. The elderly bass singer who performed the opera pieces, in particular, turned out to be a world-renowned vocalist, not just in Hungary, when I looked him up. It was truly moving to see such a powerful performance from someone who defied his 80 years. A slight drawback was that even though I bought a Zone 1 ticket, people who arrived earlier had already taken the seats, so I ended up sitting in Zone 2. There's no difference in the musical experience even if you don't buy the more expensive, better seats.

The Danube River cruise experience was fantastic! The scenery along the way was beautiful, and the buildings on the riverbanks looked especially charming illuminated by the night lights, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The space on the boat was comfortable, and the overall itinerary was smooth. It was perfect for taking photos or just unwinding, leaving us with wonderful memories. Highly recommended!

We booked this at the last minute the day before, and it was absolutely worth it. We were worried because of a sudden rain shower that day, but it didn’t take away from the stunning night views at all. There was a roof, so we were able to stay dry and enjoy the experience comfortably. It became one of the most unforgettable memories for our family.

As it's a half-day tour, be prepared for limited time at each attraction. However, it covers Fisherman's Bastion, Heroes' Square, and includes an entry visit to the Parliament Building, so it still includes the most essential sights in Budapest. The tour guide was very attentive, providing detailed explanations along the way, and also recommended attractions we couldn't visit on the tour, along with other travel tips. If you couldn't book a visit on the Parliament Building's official website, or if your time in Budapest is limited, you might consider joining this half-day tour, as it will save you time and be more convenient.

A relaxing journey with pleasant music, and the audio in English was well explained. Instead of one drink, the staff served us two. It would be better if they allowed us to use the toilet inside instead of asking us to use the outside toilet, which eventually led us to use a plastic portable public toilet that was not in good condition.

It was a wonderful boat trip experience. Since it was in the summer, the tour started at 7:45 PM, before sunset officially began. This allowed me to experience Budapest and the Danube River in daylight, at dusk, and at night. Luckily, I was traveling alone, and my table was arranged on the upper deck of the boat. This allowed me to fully enjoy the scenery without worrying about the live band being too loud. The staff thoughtfully opened the glass windows on the upper deck when the temperature was warm, so we could enjoy the view and take photos without glass reflections. As night fell and the temperature dropped, they proactively closed the windows. They also provided blankets for guests on the upper deck, which was very considerate. The meal was also very good, and the welcome drink portion was generous, so there was basically no need to order additional drinks during the meal. The entire experience was not cheap, but it was definitely worth the money.
