I had a special experience! My ticket was for Zone 2, but since I was the first to arrive, I was able to get a very good seat with a clear view. When I looked back on my way out, there were a lot of people, so I thought it was better to go early. When I showed the Klook voucher at the reception before the scheduled time, they exchanged it immediately, which was very smooth. I had never been to an organ concert in a church before, so it was very beautiful and became a memorable and good experience! I highly recommend it.

You can easily exchange your voucher for a ticket at the entrance before the performance. Seating is open within your purchased price area; if you want a better seat, you can enter a bit earlier. The chairs are not very comfortable, they are wooden and tightly packed, with little space between you and the person next to you. However, the performance is excellent, the organ sound is stunning, and the audience is well-behaved, making it a worthwhile experience.

Upon entering the cathedral, we stated (showed) our booking number and received tickets. Before the concert, we walked around the Basilica. It's very beautiful. The concert was excellent. It was certainly strange that the main setup at the front was electronic. But when the ancient parts were connected, it was very powerful. The sound of the pipe organ was incredibly powerful, and the opera singer's solo performance was equally stunning. The flute's sound was a little softer, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

The concert venue is already a magnificent Catholic church. It is recommended to arrive early to queue, as although there are different ticket categories for seating areas, there are no assigned seats within each category. Therefore, arriving early allows you to freely choose your preferred spot within your ticket section. Additionally, before the concert begins, there is some time for the audience to move freely within the seating area and take photos. This can save you the cost of visiting the church. The concert performance itself is also very wonderful. It is a truly worthwhile experience.

On-site purchase is also an option, there are always seats available, and the price is similar, perhaps slightly cheaper. Student tickets are also available on-site for a better discount. If it's a general experience, buying a Zone 3 ticket is sufficient.

The performers were truly fantastic. I booked this ticket to try something new, and it didn't disappoint me. It's a one-hour performance... the flute performance was really calming...
