As expected for such a popular church, there was a queue even before entry, but the voucher exchange was smooth. It's a bit noisy, which is a shame, but it's a famous church, so it can't be helped.

I booked the 11 AM tour and waited at the Rovaniemi Tourist Information Center. The tour guide arrived on time, and after boarding the bus, we headed straight to the icebreaker terminal in Sweden. The most exciting part was seeing the ship break through the ice to create a path as it sailed. After lunch, we could even get off the ship to walk and take photos on the ice. Afterwards, we put on survival suits and floated in the icy water, which didn't feel cold at all. This activity was a very enjoyable experience; although it was a bit expensive, it was definitely worth it!

Paul was the best guide of my life. Thanks to him picking us up right in front of our accommodation, we were able to travel very comfortably. Even though it was a cloudy day with weak solar activity, Paul didn't give up and crossed the Swedish border to find the best spot for us. Even on a day when the aurora wasn't clearly visible, Paul took many wonderful photos for us. We were very satisfied that we could also capture happy honeymoon pictures! And it was a truly enchanting night as we found a completely clear sky, with a bright moon and countless stars. Most importantly, thanks to our kind and passionate guide, I felt that going on the aurora hunting tour was an excellent decision. If we had vaguely waited for the aurora to appear on our own, it would have been difficult, but thanks to the tour, we were able to see the aurora in Finland and had a great time. It was a truly satisfying tour. Thank you.

it was great , the staff jiji, and others were very polite, informative and helpful. the equipments were in great condition and clean too. the drive was of 1 hr and we enjoyed it a lot .

It was so wonderful to chase the Northern Lights in Finland again! The aurora over the lake was absolutely beautiful. We were very lucky with the weather today, even though it was freezing cold. This Northern Lights chase was definitely worth it, and having a bonfire with food was amazing! 👍

I booked an aurora tour for 1026 HKD (Klook). We didn't see the aurora, but we saw the moonlight instead. We gathered in Rovaniemi city center at 8:00 PM. I have to say, the cold-weather gear they provided was really amazing! Upon arrival, we changed into the clothes and shoes they provided. Then, we waited for all the tour members to arrive before boarding the bus together. The ride took about 50-60 minutes, and we arrived at an outdoor camp. The guides started a fire to ensure everyone stayed warm outside. Then, a group of us gathered in a tent, eating reindeer sausages, drinking hot blueberry juice, and roasting marshmallows. Everyone chatted while waiting for the aurora to appear. You could also go outside to take photos. There was a professional photographer in the group. After waiting for an hour, the guide said the chances of seeing the aurora today were quite low. Everyone could also take photos with the photographer to create memories. We departed around 8:15 PM, arrived at the camp at 9:20 PM, and left at 11:00 PM. Then, they took us to two other camps to wait a bit longer. We didn't get off the bus; the guide checked for the aurora. There was no aurora at either location. We visited three spots in total. Finally, we returned to the city center around 00:45. The whole experience was quite enjoyable. It was also a special experience to gather around a fire and barbecue with people from different places.

Saley is a legend and he gives you all the details of the old town. Time is absolutely enough for this small city. Definitely worth the money and I recommend to everyone to have a try.

An absolutely unforgettable experience. Standing on the frozen sea and floating in the sea is something everyone should try once. The crew on the Arktis was fantastic.

Great day tour, lovely experience. Guide shared some knowledge on the geography and nature. A bit on the greener and less snowy side in early April.

unfortunate for me not able to see the northern lights on this trip. very disappointed. however, kudos to my two guides who were trying very hard to try catch one but to no avail.

Ilari is our excellent, friendly and patient guide. He is very familiar with the animals in Ranua zoo.
