It was a surreal experience! Our tour guide was very helpful. He helped everyone put on the suits personally. We couldn't see the northern lights, but it was a starry night. At the end, the warm blueberry juice was a treat after the freezing cold. Overall great service provided by them. Enjoyed thoroughly!

If there were no Northern Lights, it would simply be a relaxing trip floating on ice. Because there are many people in one group, you might accidentally bump into others while floating. The area for floating is very small due to the frozen lake, but the guide was very kind and explained things well, so I still felt this trip was great. The blueberry juice and gingerbread after the trip were delicious. Originally, there might have been a chance to eat cookies while waiting for the Northern Lights, but due to bad weather, we could only go home.

Our guide Lea was PERFECT. It was our very first tour and we really enjoyed it. The suit was smelly but our guide was really caring and sweet so it all went well. She gave us enough time to watch the NORTHERN lights and the stars were fantastic! It was a great experience.

The pick-up and drop-off location was convenient, and the process was simple, making for a rather novel experience. However, it was a bit cold and smelly, so it's best to wear an extra light down jacket. There were also biscuits to eat.

An interesting experience, but it's recommended to check the weather forecast before booking. You'll only have a chance to see stars and the aurora if the weather is clear and bright. If it's windy and snowing, the snow will blow directly onto your face and it will be very cold. After the activity, there are gingerbread and hot blueberry juice to warm you up. Overall, the price is a bit expensive.

The floating suit was dirty and leaked. The floating time given was around 30 minutes, so it's highly unlikely you will see the Aurora.

There's no need to worry too much about local staff not understanding Chinese, as there are Chinese guides. Even if the guide is a foreigner, they will slow down their speech, making it easy for us to understand what they want to convey. However, it's a pity that we didn't see the aurora on this trip due to thick cloud cover.

The floating swimsuit was smelly and didn't fit perfectly.

It was a special experience for us, unfortunately with no aurora. And a few of my friends got wet in the cold weather!
