It was pretty good! The flow of people at the site was very smooth, and before getting into the water, they briefly explained the swimming route. The guide initially said that if you got tired, you could rest, and verbally told us which areas we couldn't go into (because they were too deep). I thought it would be fine to just follow the guide, but he barely stopped, so if you don't keep up with him, you'll fall behind. You pretty much have to keep swimming until you reach a crevice where he'll take a photo for you, and then you'll loop back to another landing point. It's about a 1.5-hour swim with few breaks. Once you get out, they give you an energy bar and hot chocolate. The guide was very nice. If I had more stamina, I would have enjoyed it even more! Also, one of my companions had water get into their drysuit and was very cold halfway through the swim, so if possible, remember to bring an extra change of clothes and some cold medicine.

Punctual pickup and a fantastic trip! Our guide was brilliant, he explained the science of the Northern Lights so clearly. We reached the spot at Garður around 11:00 pm. It was 5°C (felt like -1°C) and windy, but thankfully we saw the magical Aurora and captured some great photos.

It was absolutely a wonderful trip for us. The bus was so comfortable that we did not feel tired though the travelling distance was more than 800km. Geri who was our guide was a wonderful guide. We were able to see the iceberg and other natural heritages of the South Coast. Absolutely amazing!!!!

We enjoyed all aspects of the museum. We had just finished our Ring Road trip and this was a strand that tied our trip together- answered remaining questions.

It was a fantastic tour! The bus was on time and comfortable. We really enjoyed and were amazed by the wonderful beauties of the crater, the geyser, the mighty waterfall, and the national park. Highly recommended!

Good experience thanks to Alessio, captain and crew from special tours - managed to see 2 humpback whales & 2 mica whales! Thankfully the captain was skilled and reversed when the whale was near us, unlike other smaller boats who charge towards the whale...

So freundlich, einladend, informativ und dazu noch witzig! Das Erlebnis war insgesamt beeindruckend; zu sehen, wie Lava aussieht und sich verhält, und das in einer sicheren und gut kontrollierten Indoor-Umgebung, war bemerkenswert und meisterhaft gemacht. Die ganze Stunde war voller fesselnder Inhalte und dieses Erlebnis war definitiv jeden Cent wert! Beachten Sie, dass es im Raum ziemlich warm wird, besonders wenn Sie nicht für die Premium-Sitzplätze im oberen Bereich bezahlen, also kleiden Sie sich entsprechend.

Great trip! Our guide was a retired Icelandic man who is very knowledgeable. I have brought some snacks with me and decided to skip the dine-in lunch. The guide arranged me to take a scenic hike trail around the town of Arnarstapi. Highly recommended!
