I had a wonderful experience with this travel agency on the Northern Lights tour. On my first tour, we were unfortunately unable to see the aurora, but the agency kindly offered me another try the next day at no extra cost. On the second tour, I was lucky enough to see a beautiful dancing aurora. The guide also explained the phenomenon clearly, which made the experience even more special. I truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and care for their customers. I highly recommend this agency to anyone hoping to see the Northern Lights.

Smooth pick up at bus stop within 30 minutes of designated slot. Nice ride to see the Northern lights at the bridge of continents at Sandvík. Didn't expect much due to the huge cloud cover and drizzling weather, but the weather finally cleared and the clouds made way to a beautiful starry night sky at 11pm. 30 mins standing in the cold at 2 degrees and still no sight of it. When the guide David rounded us up at 12am, the driver Marios spotted the sudden streak of green light with a shy tinge of red. Lucky to spot one on the first night in Iceland despite the weather!

Petra and Dean took us around, and I must say, it was really fun! They changed the locations on the spot depending on the possibility of the aurora and the weather, and we had a FANTASTIC sighting near Keflavik! The two of them are so spontaneous and kept us on our toes! I loved it!

第一趟在野外等了三,四個小時沒看到極光,導遊說可以跟他們公司的客服申請免費再看一次,於是寫了email+打電話給當地旅行社的客服,客服服務態度跟效率很好, 當天就幫忙安排了我所要求日期時間的極光行程. 第二趟當天在零下兩三度的雪地等極光, 導遊很專業很積極, 一邊看App一邊觀察可以看到極光的地方, 我們前後換了三個地點, 最後在兩個多鐘頭後終於看到極光大爆發, 好興奮又覺得好幸運, 一定要給這個導遊跟Bus Travel Iceland 一個大大的讚.

Fantastic experience overall! I went for the tour on 6 Nov but was unlucky with heavy clouds and didn’t manage to see the aurora despite our guide’s best efforts. A big shout out to our guide, Daniel, who was knowledgeable and engaging throughout the hunt, and took us to four different viewing spots, explaining the conditions and what to look out for. Due to the unsuccessful sighting, I was informed that I could join a rewatch the following night. This time the skies cleared and we got to witness a magnificent aurora display at Þingvellir despite the bright moon. Our guide for the 2nd night, Sharp was also friendly and professional. Thank you to the driver Eugene too for getting us to the locations safely. Highly recommend BusTravel for their excellent service—even when the weather doesn’t cooperate, they do everything they can to give you the best chance to see the northern lights.

Bustravel Iceland guarantees the quality of its tours. Our tour guide, Ivy, is quite young and happened to be the guide for the Golden Circle day tour the day before. Her father, Mr. Captain, was coincidentally the driver of the same bus. That evening, many buses went out to hunt for the Northern Lights. After waiting for an hour at the lighthouse, with strong winds and waves, the Aurora was nowhere to be seen. Ivy and her father distributed hot chocolate to the group members and told them that singing could summon the goddess Aurora. She then encouraged everyone to sing and play instruments. Strangely enough, after two or three songs, the wind was still strong, but we heard cheers from the group members. The Aurora goddess began to dance, clearly visible to the naked eye. After an unforgettable hour of joy, Ivy announced it was time to head back.

Tour guide worked hard to find best spot for northern light. I could see very beautiful aurora although the time was quite late. It is such a unforgettable night.

Vente på den angivne bussholdeplads, turbussen kommer og henter dig tæt på turens starttidspunkt. Harold, vores guide og chauffør, gjorde et rigtig godt stykke arbejde. Han observerede vejret og KP-indekset for at finde det bedste sted at se nordlyset. Det var virkelig fantastisk og utroligt, da vi så nordlyset. Tak til turselskabet og Harold for den store indsats, kan varmt anbefales.

導遊講解專業、當晚很用心在各處尋找容易出現極光的地點，即便當天的月亮很亮且有雲層，屬不太容易出現極光的條件；最後在導遊司機判斷的四個站點都看到了極光，甚至還有肉眼可見的極光小爆發（一般小極光只有相機可見，肉眼看不到），值得體驗的行程。冰島天氣多變、尤其風大體感溫度較氣象預報低，在風大寒冷的環境，喝上導遊給的熱可可，勘稱絕配！

Saw the lights on my first try but it was only faint so the female guide kindly gave us another try. And thank God for it! It was the best. So happy with the experience and Daniel the guide and the driver (Magic I think) were the best. They picked a great spot where we watched the show for hours. Would recommend this tour.
