everything was great and unforgettable. our guide Ade and Suriya were very helpful and considerate. we had a challenging yet amazing experience . trekking was a challenge for us but with our guide it became less stressful and the scenery definitely worth it . hot spring after trekking is what doctor recommended 😍

just amazing !!!! waw the driver Jhon is beyond helpful , very nice and friendly and mostly patient and respectful. for the sunrise hike I had Suriya as a guide very patient strong and helpful. he took amazing photos of me and he helped me litterly held my hand and waited for me while I was struggling to hike ( not that easy of a hike fyi). he even brought me water🥹. if you’re booking this tour and want an A star experience make sure to have Jhon and Suriya and you’ll guarantee an epic day !

He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, shared interesting facts along the way, and made the entire journey feel safe and enjoyable. What really stood out was how caring and attentive he was toward my mom and me always making sure we were comfortable and pacing ourselves well. His kindness and professionalism turned a great hike into a truly unforgettable experience. He genuinely deserves recognition (and a raise!) for the passion and dedication he brings to his work. This is one of the best experiences you can have in Bali, the trek is moderate and will take an hour but the view is stunning. Hot springs are an amazing place to relax, followed by coffee which just adds a great ending note to this trip. I was really glad to have Adit as our guide; he made the entire journey very smooth.

J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de faire le trek du Mont Batur et ce fut sans aucun doute l'une des expériences les plus mémorables de mon voyage à Bali. Du début à la fin, l'excursion a été exceptionnellement bien organisée, sûre et agréable. Notre guide était incroyablement compétent, amical et patient tout au long de l'ascension matinale. Il s'est assuré que tout le monde était à l'aise avec le rythme, a partagé des informations fascinantes sur l'histoire du volcan et connaissait les meilleurs endroits pour les photos du lever du soleil — c'était vraiment magique de voir le soleil se lever au-dessus des nuages. Après la descente, nous avons continué vers le Paperhills Cafe qui offre une vue imprenable et des photos dignes d'Instagram, puis vers la rizière en terrasse, où la beauté du paysage balinais a vraiment pris vie. Ce qui m'a le plus marqué, c'est le professionnalisme du guide et sa véritable passion pour le partage des merveilles naturelles et du patrimoine culturel de Bali. Je me suis senti à la fois aventureux et pris en charge tout le temps. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui visitent Bali et qui sont prêts pour un peu d'aventure !

I would highly recommend this; it was such an amazing experience. My driver, Wi, was very kind and welcoming, and he got me to all my destinations safely. Waka, my guide, was amazing; we had such a good time and he was great company when climbing Mount Batur. Both Wi and Waka took some beautiful pictures for me, which I am very grateful for.

Sebelum memulai tur ini, kami tidak memiliki ekspektasi sama sekali. Kami hanya ingin merasakan pengalaman mendaki dan tentu saja pemandangan matahari terbit yang indah. Tur kami dimulai pagi-pagi sekali, dijemput tepat waktu oleh Bapak Indra di hotel kami. Beliau adalah pengemudi dan pemandu kami yang ramah sepanjang perjalanan. Setelah lebih dari satu jam berkendara, kami tiba di tempat parkir di Gunung Batur dan diperkenalkan kepada pemandu pendakian lokal kami, Ibu Putri. Beliau sangat baik dan sangat membantu kami, mengingat kami belum pernah memiliki pengalaman mendaki sebelumnya. Pendakian tidak terlalu sulit karena kami merasa nyaman berbincang dengannya dan bersenang-senang pada saat yang bersamaan. Beliau menjaga kami dengan baik dan selalu mengingatkan kami untuk melangkah perlahan “dahan-dahan” dan untuk “ingat” yang berarti berhati-hati dalam bahasa kami. Mencapai puncak setelah hampir satu jam mendaki adalah perasaan yang luar biasa, sarapan sederhana disiapkan untuk kami sambil menunggu matahari terbit. Putri sangat akomodatif dalam mengambil banyak foto untuk kami. Pemandangannya sangat menakjubkan dari awal hingga akhir, ini adalah hal yang wajib dilakukan di Bali. Setelah itu kami menuju Pemandian Air Panas Alami Batur. Sangat menyenangkan untuk berendam dan bersantai setelah pendakian yang melelahkan. Pemberhentian berikutnya adalah di Akasa Kintamani Café, pemandangannya lagi-lagi sangat menakjubkan. Akhirnya kami diantar kembali ke hotel dengan selamat oleh Indra. Secara keseluruhan, memesan tur ini di Klook sangat memuaskan. Kami tidak merasa canggung terhadap pemandu kami dan alur kegiatannya tidak membuat kami kewalahan. Ya, mungkin ada pilihan tur yang lebih terjangkau di luar sana, namun dari pengalaman kami, saya dapat mengatakan bahwa ini bebas repot dan sepadan. Dua jempol untuk ini!

I had a great trip! I totally recommend it for a solo girl trip. Thanks to my driver Nanda - he is a very careful and smooth driver, with a great taste in music. He told me a lot about Balinese culture, took wonderful photos and suggested some extra locations. He was also very respectful and kind. And my hiking guide - Putri - she was wonderful too. The hike to Mount Batur was perfect. Putri was very caring and supportive, she told a lot of interesting things and made a delicious breakfast. As a solo girl traveler I felt super safe, supported and relaxed! Thanks so much ❤️

1000000/5 trip!!! Our driver Nanda was extremely professional and knew the best routes and even took us to an extra trip to the coffee plantation! He was very kind and caring ❤️Also big shoutout to our trekking guide Putri, she was funny and had good knowledge about all of the things we asked about. She made sure we were walking in our own pace and helped with all difficult parts! The path itself was quite steep in some parts but otherwise manageable for person with 0 experience in trakking! Still not the easiest. The hot spings were very relaxing and the AKASA cafe had unbeliavable view and the prices weren’t bad.

Highly recommended to book this! Nanda picked us up from our hotel in Nusa Dua at 1:30 AM; he's an amazing driver. We met Wayan Putri (our hiking guide) there, and she was friendly and energetic. The natural hot spring area is a bit dated and has a lot of flies. Akasa Cafe is amazing!
