I cannot express what a wonderful day we had had with our guide Putu! He is very knowledgeable, interesting to listen, has a great sense of humor and simply very kind person. Everything on this programme was perfect, Putu took as to waterfall first thing and we didn’t wait a lot of time to take photos, no line, no time wasting. Putu organized everything and was very caring, he took a lot of amazing photos and videos also. thank you a lot for your kind and great service ❤️ Putu made our day!

We had a great Black Lava Jeep expedition with Komang and Kadir. It was raining on the morning when we arrived at Montana cafe. It was very misty and we couldn’t see Mt Batur. Luckily the Black Lava Jeep tour was fun. We get close up at My Batur and get to see Black Lava rocks and took a lot of nice photos. The coffee plantation tour with free coffee tasting too! We had our lunch at this beautiful TIS Cafe with amazing paddy field. You can swim in the pool, have a short walk at the paddy field and swings for you to take photo. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and had great fun that day!

First time in Bali, a great experience! The Jeep driver is excellent at taking photos! We came in November, and heard it's the rainy season here, but it's still very much worth coming because the rain only lasts a short while, it's not continuous. Grateful for good weather at every attraction, and it only rained when we got back in the car. Thank you Ady for taking so many nice photos for them, so professional and helpful!

Titi was an amazing driver and such a pleasure to have as our guide up Mount Batur. She knew exactly how to capture the moment in the best ways and took the most breathtaking pictures for us. She’s such a friendly, welcoming person and made our experience all the more enjoyable. Definitely a 10/10 experience and would do it again in a heart beat! The jeep tour with my mom and our guide Putu was truly wonderful! 🌟 I was so grateful for his kindness and how thoughtfully he looked after my mom, constantly checking if she was okay. 😊 It was also great that the tour included a tea cafe, which isn't common! + I loved how enthusiastically he took photos! He worked hard to make sure we got plenty of family pictures too. Thanks to him, we had a comfortable and fun tour! I highly recommend it! It was nice to meet you, Putu!

My 60-year-old mother and I wanted to visit a cafe with terraced rice fields after the jeep tour, rather than a 3-tiered swimming pool, and this was the only company that offered it. I was a bit nervous because there were fewer than 10 reviews and I booked it just the day before, but we had such a wonderful time. Koreans, you must book with this company!!! The jeep's position isn't determined by the company; rather, if you arrive at the jeep point early, you get to go higher up. Even if you're not at the very top, you can still enjoy it sufficiently, and if you want to go higher, it might be a good idea to change your pickup time to an earlier slot! Most importantly, the weather is key. I'm also a 'J' (planner), so I waited until the last minute to check the weather before booking the day before. The worst-case scenario is returning without seeing the sun, shivering in a raincoat. Always check the weather before booking. Thank you to our pickup driver Putu and jeep driver Kadek. Kadek took so many amazing photos of us. You are the best photographer!!! I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm leaving this one because I hope the company does well and for those who, like me, are hesitant due to few reviews! +Definitely bring warm clothes, it's cold haha.

새벽 2시에 시작하는 일정이라 걱정도 많았고, 몸이 많이 힘들까 봐 부담도 있었습니다. 하지만 바투르산 정상에서 본 일출과 웅장한 풍경은 그런 걱정을 모두 잊게 했어요. 추운 새벽 공기마저 특별하게 느껴질 만큼 정말 아름다운 순간이었습니다. 힘든 일정이었지만 전혀 후회되지 않을 만큼 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 이 시간을 더 특별하게 만들어준 포토그래퍼이자 지프 드라이버 **위디(Widi)** 덕분에 풍경만큼이나 멋진 인생 사진을 담을 수 있었어요. 무엇보다 이번 여행에서 함께한 **아루판(Arupan)**에게도 진심으로 감사드립니다. 새벽부터 투어가 끝날 때까지 세심하게 챙겨주고, 이동하는 내내 편안하게 대해준 덕분에 여행이 훨씬 더 즐거웠습니다. 낯선 곳에서 느낀 그 친절과 배려는 오래 기억에 남을 것 같아요. 아름다운 풍경과 따뜻한 사람들 덕분에, 이번 바투르산 여행은 오래도록 꺼내보고 싶은 추억이 되었습니다. 정말 감사합니다. 다음에 발리에 다시 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 만나고 싶어요. 🤍

We had an incredible sunrise tour of Mount Batur with our guide, Jake. He was absolutely fantastic—professional, patient, and so helpful with taking pictures for our group. He made sure we all got the perfect shots to remember the trip by. I highly recommend this tour and especially ask for Jake if you can!
