The restaurant's seating and tables are spacious, and the ceiling lights are distinctive. As there were only two or three tables of guests, the environment was very quiet. The semi-buffet we booked started at 12:00 PM, but the taxi arrived 10 minutes early. The lady at the reception desk at the restaurant entrance asked us to go back downstairs and return exactly at 12:00 PM... Didn't she notice there was an elderly person with a walking stick and children? She didn't even let us sit and wait. From the reception desk at the entrance to the ordering staff inside the restaurant, everyone only spoke Mandarin. If you didn't hear clearly, they wouldn't proactively repeat or switch languages. They dropped off the menu and ran off, without telling us where the self-service salad and dessert bar were located. While their speech was polite, the service did not meet five-star hotel standards and definitely needs improvement. If you disregard the service quality, the set meal price is very good value. The main course portions are generous and very delicious. The salad bar has limited vegetable choices, but they are still fresh. The desserts are quite exquisite. The set meal does not include drinks, but free water is provided.

The food was good especially the lobster. The place is clean and cozy and the staffs are very accomodating. When we go back again, we will definitely dine again here in Hawker.

The restaurant environment is comfortable, the service is excellent, and the dining experience is almost perfect. It offers great value for money, highly recommended. For the main course, I chose Portuguese clams with French bread, which tasted good, though the sauce was a little thin. It would be better if the sauce was a bit thicker for dipping the bread. The self-service area had a decent selection; the salad greens were fresh, the desserts were delicious, and the sushi rolls had great rice flavor and texture. The cold soba noodles with wasabi paste and dipping sauce were incredibly tasty, I had two small bowls. They offer latte art coffee, and the hot tea is served in a thermos to keep it warm, which is excellent. I will definitely visit again.

This was my first time having a dinner buffet, and I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was superb. For all food enthusiasts, this is a must-try. I will definitely be back next time.

Great food, wide variety of dishes. Free-flowing wine and beer. Excellent white wine. Very friendly staff who are patient in explaining the food.

The high-quality buffet dinner offers a wide variety of food, so much so that you can't try everything in one go. There's also a great selection of drinks, including Black Cow, White Cow, red bean ice, pineapple ice, and unlimited beer, red wine, white wine, and champagne. The food quality is excellent; everything we tried was satisfying. The restaurant staff are attentive and very proactive in assisting guests. We will definitely come back to Jin Jin for a meal if we have the chance.
