This time, my family and I, a group of 9, went for the buffet. Thank you to the restaurant for arranging a private room for us, providing a private space with a great ambiance. The Grand Hyatt Macau buffet truly lives up to its reputation! The lobsters are fresh, steamed with garlic on the spot, stir-fried typhoon shelter style, or baked with cheese – every bite is sweet and succulent. A global array of delicacies and Asian cuisines are gathered here, with sushi, oysters, and seafood platters all available. For dessert lovers: the chocolate soufflé and coconut pudding are worth trying. For family/friends gatherings: the elegant environment is perfect for celebrations or photo opportunities.

Specializing in fresh seafood, various types of seafood (lobster, fish, shrimp, crab, shellfish, squid tentacles, etc.) can be prepared in different ways (ginger and scallion, steamed, stir-fried, baked with butter, etc.). Everything is delicious. You just need to queue up, tell them your table number and what you want, and someone will deliver it to your table. The service is excellent. All drinks are free-flow, and each person gets two passes to exchange for special drinks or alcoholic beverages, which is great! Unfortunately, if you love raw oysters (they don't have them here), sashimi (they have some, but limited variety), or king crab (they don't have it), then this place might not be for you... One thing I want to mention is that a little before 8:30 PM, when I went out to get dessert, there was very little left. My companions who went out earlier said it was delicious, which is a pity....

I visited MEZZA9, located on the 3rd floor of COD Grand Hyatt. After my visit, I found myself comparing it to VIKINGS WHARF. My wife and I were already satisfied with the taste after trying five different types of lobster. The lobster we ate at VIKINGS WHARF was steamed and served immediately, which was delicious at first, but there was a limit to how much we could continue eating. MEZZA9 offers a variety of seafood dishes in addition to lobster, which makes the satisfaction level high. For various reasons, I intend to revisit it on my next trip to Macau.

第二次重來！帶媽媽們黎食龍蝦，海鮮，有多種唔同煮法 (某啲海鮮未必有，同埋限左煮法，最好問一問先)，去排隊落單，之後有人會送去你張枱。呢度所有服務員都好nice好好笑容，態度好好，好helpful!

這麼多年Mezz9的水準一直都保持到，味道很好，自選海鮮必食，清蒸或蒜蓉蒸最好，廣東胃表示十分友好哈哈哈！熟食選擇也很多，還有甜品冷盤，一家大細來都好適合！服務人員也很nice，還有James，一直留意我們的有什麼需要，幫忙清理桌子，無論是本地人或遊客都很值得來品嘗！

海鮮自助晚餐，主打龍蝦，即叫即煮。本次是我近期第二次來參與，上次一開始食了很多龍蝦，所以腸胃沒有太多空間試其他食物。今次來到，每樣美食也想試一試，龍蝦、扇貝、鮑魚、花螺和龍躉等等。配合各式煮法，真是美味！現場環境，一如以往，氣氛很好！未來過的朋友們，值得來試一試！

오늘 와이프생일이어서 그랜드 하얏츠3층에 있는 Mazza9 해산물 뷔페식당의 랍스터와 각종 생선가끔 한국의 콘래드 호텔에서 행사할때 먹은맛보다 더 좋아요 특히 서퍼트해주는 키크고 잘생긴 JEims 의 친절하고도 소리없이 시중을 들어주는 센스와 고객감동을 해주어 자연스레 팁까지 챙겨주었답니다 . 음식맛에 친절함과 분위기 아주 굿굿

自助午餐只基本種類，但選擇不多，魚生種類較少，西式的也沒有燒牛肉供應，較為出色的只有龍蝦海鮮粥，其餘種類的質素也是普通，唯一可取是環境寬敞，服務人員也很勤快。整體感覺一般。
