Specializing in fresh seafood, various types of seafood (lobster, fish, shrimp, crab, shellfish, squid tentacles, etc.) can be prepared in different ways (ginger and scallion, steamed, stir-fried, baked with butter, etc.). Everything is delicious. You just need to queue up, tell them your table number and what you want, and someone will deliver it to your table. The service is excellent. All drinks are free-flow, and each person gets two passes to exchange for special drinks or alcoholic beverages, which is great! Unfortunately, if you love raw oysters (they don't have them here), sashimi (they have some, but limited variety), or king crab (they don't have it), then this place might not be for you... One thing I want to mention is that a little before 8:30 PM, when I went out to get dessert, there was very little left. My companions who went out earlier said it was delicious, which is a pity....

I visited MEZZA9, located on the 3rd floor of COD Grand Hyatt. After my visit, I found myself comparing it to VIKINGS WHARF. My wife and I were already satisfied with the taste after trying five different types of lobster. The lobster we ate at VIKINGS WHARF was steamed and served immediately, which was delicious at first, but there was a limit to how much we could continue eating. MEZZA9 offers a variety of seafood dishes in addition to lobster, which makes the satisfaction level high. For various reasons, I intend to revisit it on my next trip to Macau.

The attentive and friendly service staff contribute to the overall welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable environment, accentuated by warm, inviting lighting, makes for an enjoyable dining occasion.

Although the variety of dishes at this buffet wasn't extensive, it was essentially an all-you-can-eat lobster 🦞 feast, with a continuous supply. You just needed to queue up and state your table number, and you could order an unlimited amount at once; the staff would deliver it to your table. There was also a seafood bar with abalone, sea shrimp, clams, grouper, eel, etc., where you could choose your cooking method: garlic, steamed, stir-fried with soy sauce, salt and pepper, etc. Additionally, there was a vegetable bar, a Japanese sashimi and sushi bar, and a dessert bar. Furthermore, I must commend the service, and take this opportunity to praise the server AMY. She was very attentive, quickly clearing the table after each course, and was very conversational, even recommending seasonal dishes from the restaurant. A global array of delicacies and Asian cuisines are gathered here, with sushi, oysters, and seafood platters all available. For dessert lovers: the chocolate soufflé and coconut pudding are worth trying. For family/friends gatherings: the elegant environment is perfect for celebrations or photo opportunities.

The lobster was fresh and springy, with a delicious seafood flavor. Both the pork cutlet and tempura prawns were of high quality, showing the chef's dedication to food. The double-boiled soup was hot and flavorful, indicating it was cooked with care. The salt and pepper abalone was also excellent. The only slight disappointment was the soufflé. In addition to the juice provided, each guest could choose two special drinks, which was a great bonus. There was also a wide variety of high-quality desserts. The waitstaff's service attitude was very good.
