The decor is magnificent, and the food quality is excellent. There are both hot and cold seafood options, and you can choose how the hot seafood is prepared. Seafood varieties include lobster, prawns, abalone, crab, clams, oysters, scallops, and snow crab. The self-service hot dishes are also great, with options like suckling pig, lamb chops, foie gras toast, baby back ribs, noodle stations, soft-shell crab, and beef tenderloin. Additionally, there are occasional pop-up stalls offering fresh new dishes. I had the opportunity to try salmon caviar, winter melon soup, and Beef Wellington. There's also a wide variety of desserts and fruits. Dinner hours are from 17:30 to 22:30, so you could even have dinner twice, haha. The only issue is that orders sometimes get delayed; others who ordered later received their dishes before us, and I'm not sure how the kitchen manages that. However, despite the delays, no orders were missed. This dinner was a truly enjoyable meal.

The restaurant's ambiance is superb, and the staff's service attitude is 100 points. The food quality, for a buffet, is comparable to a fine dining restaurant, with incredibly fresh and high-quality ingredients. They even have oysters and hairy crabs; it's just a shame my stomach wasn't big enough to fit everything. There were also many different kinds of hot dishes, exceeding my expectations. The competition among buffets in Macau is truly fierce. Not only do they offer unlimited made-to-order seafood, but what's even more amazing is that all the hot vegetable dishes are also perfectly prepared. The ingredients are so fresh that you won't feel like they're cutting corners. I highly recommend this restaurant's buffet. 100 points. Unbeatable.

Even if you speak softly, conversations from surrounding tables can be fully heard. For a 5-star hotel restaurant at this price point, this is a major drawback. Service: The service is truly impeccable. The waitstaff and even the chefs at each cooking station are polite, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel that they are genuinely proud of their restaurant and food. Food Quality: There are various made-to-order seafood dishes, lobster, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, and beverages. There are also caviar, hairy crabs, and other seasonal specialties. In terms of quality and variety of food, it is absolutely worth the price.

The buffet offers a decent selection of fancy ingredients such as lobsters, crabs, foie gras, scallops, and ribs. The taste and freshness varied accordingly. The place offers comfortable seating and spacious food counters. The service is not as attentive as you need to flag down the staff to clear tables, refill water, etc.

If you're looking for a buffet priced at $1000 per person, where you can enjoy a quiet English-style restaurant environment, excellent service, fewer crowds, and no long queues for food, this place would definitely be a top choice. You can also continuously order freshly cooked seafood; the cold lobster claws are sweet and fresh, the pepper crab, cheese-baked lobster, and cheese-baked scallops are delicious. I tried several desserts, and they were all tasty and exquisite, and the Buddha Jumps Over the Wall soup was substantial. There's a small trolley in the middle that offers a round of caviar salmon (the caviar wasn't particularly fresh), pineapple char siu, and sake abalone. However, it doesn't offer the roast beef and foie gras that are a must-have at buffets. Instead, there's only very dry cheese truffle roasted Australian prime beef ribs (the truffle had no flavor), Wellington salmon, and pan-fried duck liver toast. This aspect was indeed disappointing for me. If you don't eat beef but want a high-quality buffet, choosing this place should be fine. But for this price, you might find better options for an à la carte seafood buffet in Macau.

很豐盛的一頓自助晚餐，食物可以自點，也有外出取的。我覺得這麼貴主要是供應大量海鮮因素，自點的尤其龍蝦真的要試多些，可選擇蒜蓉蒸或芝士蒸，很好味，飽魚也很大件，惟佛跳牆的湯就太傑，好像放了很多生粉，不好飲，其他都很滿意。

The variety of dishes at Macau's Hampton Court isn't extensive, but every dish clearly uses high-quality ingredients. This focus on quality over quantity transforms dining into a refined and enjoyable experience. The ambiance, service, and culinary standards all enhance each other, making for a memorable and very pleasant dining experience.

Overall, it's good, especially the made-to-order seafood. However, our seating space was rather small. We will definitely visit again. Taste: yum, Experience: good, Service: good.
