Compared to Hong Kong's all-you-can-eat buffets that boast a wide variety of food types, I prefer this kind of all-you-can-eat where the selection isn't too vast but the quality is high. Each dish is beautifully presented, making it both visually appealing and delicious, which is truly rare. My personal favorites are the beef tongue, the pickled abalone appetizer, the tempura tofu appetizer, the Hiroshima oysters with fresh squid from the seafood selection, and the various ice creams and cheesecake.

Visiting Ying Ju again, the service was even better than last time. The octopus sashimi was the second best I've had in recent months, the lobster was delicious, and the desserts are not to be missed. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
