Buffet "Ming Shi" do Four Seasons Hotel Macau

Great experience ! I was very impressed by their service ! They would ask for any food allergies before I started eating, they even delivery the food and drinks to your table so you don’t need to carry hot soups or any liquid items from a long distance to your table !

Las ostras son frescas y ofrecen opciones de ensaladas y frutas que rara vez se encuentran en otros buffets de hoteles. La única recomendación es que la calidad de las langostas podría mejorarse y que haya un poco más de platos calientes. El personal del restaurante brindó un servicio excelente, que es el estándar más alto en la industria.

There are a variety of food, including seafood, grilled meats, Macanese dishes,... (see photos). I could say the buffet is a kind of brunch, because they also offer breakfast dishes. The dessert has fresh fruits, ice-cream and a lot of cakes. They offer unlimited free juices, coffee and tea.

The food is superb and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended to try the buffet. Glad that I purchased via Klook as it is slightly cheaper than walking in.

This trip included two elderly individuals. The Easter buy-two-get-one-free offer was reasonably priced. The staff were polite and friendly, arranging suitable seating for us to make it easy for the elderly to get in and out. There weren't many people, so we ate comfortably. The salmon belly was delicious, and there was also roast suckling pig. The Chinese soup was very good, and there was a wide variety of desserts, including stir-fried ice cream. The fruits were also good, and drinks were made to order. Overall, the staff were polite, friendly, and efficient! The elderly liked oranges, and they even arranged a plate of orange slices for them. Thank you! It was a truly comfortable buffet dinner!

At the end of the New Year holiday, a group of 6 friends went to Ming Shi for a buffet dinner for the first time on Saturday night. A server had previously called to confirm my seating request, and I was very satisfied with the arrangement this time! From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we felt the warm and polite welcome from the staff. The seafood and sashimi were very fresh, and the food quality was also good. Throughout our meal, there were servers nearby attending to our needs. All six of us were very satisfied and enjoyed a very comfortable dining experience! We will definitely come again! Highly recommended!

Good service, not many choices at the buffet but the food tastes good, lobster and oysters are fresh, desserts are great.

Today is my husband's birthday! This is the second time we've had a buffet dinner at The Seasons! The last time we came to The Seasons was during Chinese New Year, and there was more food then! The salmon and oysters were delicious! But after three months, today's food selection was noticeably smaller and not as good! I must commend the attentive and thoughtful service of The Seasons' waitstaff! They frequently asked if we needed other drinks! I think the service is exceptional, and the comfortable environment is why I've returned multiple times!

Enjoying the buffet dinner at a buy-one-get-one-free price felt like incredible value. The food quality and service were excellent, especially the desserts, which were of high quality. The only criticism I have is that, while it's understandable that oysters weren't available due to food safety concerns (and I personally didn't think a substitute was necessary), the restaurant offered reheated, pre-cooked frozen lobster with garlic as a replacement for oysters. The lobster was already cooked, and reheating it with garlic made it incredibly tough to chew and almost impossible to swallow.

After using the typhoon discount, the price was about $300 per person, which is quite good. The variety of food wasn't extensive, but it offered the usual dishes found in Macau's lunch buffets, and the food quality was acceptable. However, its biggest selling point is probably the ambiance. It's very comfortable, with fewer diners around, making the environment quieter. If you're looking to enjoy a leisurely lunch, this is the perfect choice.
