On the way to the Jeep tour, there was a stop for a coffee and tea tasting. It was raining heavily, and we were kindly escorted from the car with umbrellas. Here, we also had the first opportunity to taste Luwak coffee. We were very happy that it was included in the tour and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The Jeep tour was a truly great excursion; our guide was very friendly, told us a lot about the island, made a great effort with our photos, and sometimes even conversed with us in German based on his experience with tourists. A tour we can highly recommend for sunset as well! (Much quieter than at sunrise) Thank you for this experience!

Il m'a également permis de diffuser ma propre playlist sur son téléphone via ses enceintes Bluetooth, donc le trajet était très agréable et j'ai pu chanter mes chansons préférées. J'y suis allée pendant la saison des pluies, donc il y avait moins de monde et moins de jeeps qui montaient, ce qui est un avantage. Il faisait froid à cause de la pluie, mais j'ai eu de la chance et j'ai même vu le soleil apparaître un moment. J'y suis allée seule, mais Komang m'a mise à l'aise tout le temps. Il m'a laissé mon espace personnel quand je voulais profiter de la vue en paix. Merci à Komang d'avoir rendu toute l'expérience digne de mon argent !

Our driver, Erix, was excellent, and he recommended only great places like restaurants and tourist attractions, which was fantastic! Neither of us enjoys coffee, so when we saw a coffee-related tour on the itinerary, we asked if he could recommend something else. He immediately suggested and switched it for us! He also recommended local restaurants where we could enjoy delicious meals. Our original plan was to return to the accommodation after watching the Batur sunset, but we wanted to eat seafood at Jimbaran Beach in the evening. We were about to ask him, but it seemed he overheard our conversation because he proactively offered that we could do that if we wanted to eat in Jimbaran for dinner. He even recommended a restaurant in Jimbaran, waited for us, and safely drove us back to the hotel. Truly the best driver! The jeep driver during the Batur tour was also very skilled at taking photos! He drove smoothly and took really wonderful pictures, making our trip very satisfying ❤️ We would love to use this service again if we come back! I highly recommend it to everyone!

The schedule was from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and Erix came to pick me up. Although the package I paid for was mainly for sightseeing, Erix contacted me the day before pickup, asking if I wanted to have lunch or see a nice view, promising to make it a good day for me. As someone traveling alone, his words were a ray of light. When I said I wanted to see a nice view, he planned an itinerary for me at no extra cost: 1. Coffee plantation & swing, 2. Cafe, 3. Restaurant, 4. Mount Batur tour. On the day of the reservation, there was traffic, so I was picked up at 11:40 AM and arrived back at the hotel around 9:30 PM. For reference, I started from Seminyak. It took about 2 hours from Mount Batur to Seminyak without any stops. You'll understand why time appointments are unavoidable once you experience the local traffic. (It seems even worse than the traffic situation in China, which we often see in videos. Only the strong survive! ^^) It was difficult to find someone who could speak Korean, and I couldn't speak English, so I communicated using a translator. Because of this, he only said what was necessary, and when we arrived at a spot, he gave us time to ourselves and waited outside... I felt sorry but also comfortable... I'm too shy to post photos, but it was artistic. 1. Coffee plantation & swing - You have to buy Luwak coffee, and they give you 10 types of coffee and tea to taste in espresso cups. By the way, Luwak coffee is very bitter, but I recommend trying it for the experience. Everything in the tasting cups, except for the ginger tea, was delicious. I said I would ride the swing but was too scared to do it. There's a funny anecdote: I took a video of foreigners riding it and sent it to my family, and they seriously asked if I was watching a circus, lol. Anyway, 2. Cafe Paperhills - It's amazing to drink Bintang beer while enjoying the view. 3. Restaurant - Due to time constraints, I couldn't go to the restaurant, so I ate at the cafe. 4. Mount Batur - We went to the jeep boarding area and transferred to a jeep. We went up, inhaling exhaust fumes in a cute yellow car that could break down at any moment. A cotton mask would be good, but if you're lazy, bring a thick mask like a KF94. I wore a thin KF mask sold at convenience stores, and when I blew my nose back at the hotel, it was like I had been to a coal mine. If you touch your face often, bringing hand sanitizer will give you peace of mind. Don't expect a fancy car; the locals here don't drive fancy cars. The road up is rough, so if you put on some music and let your body sway to the rhythm, you can enjoy the trip with a smile. We couldn't see the sunset because it was very cloudy, but it was still great. I didn't ask for the jeep driver's name, but he kept dusting me off with a duster whenever he had time, saying 'sorry' haha. And he spoke a little Korean. He took artistic photos. The view from Paperhills Cafe, which I visited with my pickup driver Idra, is absolutely stunning. You'll probably be surprised the moment you enter. After arriving at the camp, I went on a sunset tour in a cool yellow jeep with Alan, who was both our jeep driver and guide. Since it was a tour with my child, I was grateful that Alan took such meticulous care of them. Unlike the sunrise tour, there weren't many people, so it was nice to enjoy the tour in peace and quiet. Alan also took many beautiful photos for us, which was great for making memories. I highly recommend the Mount Batur sunset tour!😀

The staff is really amazing, enjoyed having talks with them, sharing unforgettable moments. Tutta the driver is really nice, he showed us the area while he took us in the spring water, enjoyed the ride with him. will recommand him for my friends for sure

The tour description mentioned a hotspring at Toya, but we were taken to a **next-door hotspring** instead. Despite this, the experience was still enjoyable. 2. **Mountain Views**: - The view from the mountain was **amazing**! We gazed out over the landscape, taking in the natural beauty of the surroundings. It's a sight I won't forget. 3. **Peaceful Village**: - The village we visited was tranquil and charming. It felt like stepping back in time, away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. 4. **Super Nice Drivers**: - Our drivers were friendly, accommodating, and made the journey even better. Their positive attitude added to the overall enjoyment of the tour. In summary, despite the minor mix-up with the hotspring location, this short tour provided a delightful blend of relaxation, scenic beauty, and friendly service. I'd recommend it to others!

Amazing trip. Our guide Indra and the jeep drivers were wonderful and very friendly. They are very professional in taking very nice photos of us. Had a great time in both the Paperhills Cafe and Mount Batur.
