The guide and driver were excellent. However, after making the reservation, I received no communication from the agent at all, which made me anxious. I tried various contact methods to inquire but received no response. It was only after contacting the company's website support that I finally received confirmation of my booking and the pickup time. Although it was clearly stated that the pickup would be at 7:00 AM, the driver arrived at 7:30 AM, and the instructions he had indeed indicated 7:30 AM. After discussing it, it seemed this was their first time receiving a tour booking via Klook, so they might not have been accustomed to the communication process. I'm leaving this record for context. Overall, the tour was very good.
