I really enjoy attending workshops when I come to Vietnam, as I can further learn about Vietnamese food and its preparation methods. Making egg coffee with instructor Tom was very easy, and the steps were clear. I could somewhat memorize the steps during the process, as there were slight differences in the numbers compared to the recipe PDF provided after class. The history of egg coffee was also clearly explained, making it a very insightful and relaxed activity. The entire session lasted about an hour, and we even received a certificate afterwards, which shows they know what participants appreciate. There were also promotional coffee bean sets available for purchase, and a coffee discount voucher was given. I recommend trying a different coffee after the session. I highly recommend this experience.

It was really fun! I highly recommend everyone to experience it! I've been thinking about egg coffee ever since I tried it during my trip to Hanoi. In this experience, Truc kindly explained the history of Vietnamese coffee culture and the origin of egg coffee. With their recipe, everyone can easily make delicious egg coffee. What's even more amazing is that at the end of the activity, everyone received a certificate of completion! They really put a lot of thought into it! If I come to Ho Chi Minh City again, I will definitely come back 🫶

the place was on the second floor of a shop house along the street. you’ll be greeted by a nice and clean space upon arriving with friendly staff. Siu was our coffee guide who spoke very fluent English, very hospitable. I liked how clean and tidy everything was laid out on the table for us, with quality equipment we used for our egg coffee making experience. PowerPoint slides and video were used. cert and Polaroids photo were given. really appreciated the coffee making at lacaph w siu

Booked an egg coffee making class with Ny as our instructor, had a blast! Will definitely start making egg coffee at home with the recipe of Lacaph. Pleasantly suprisednby the personal polaroid souvenir. Thanks so much Ny for an amazing experience!

Interesting session as we got to learn more about the history of the egg coffee and how to make it, as well as the way to appreciate the taste. Instructor was friendly and we also got a cute cert at the end of it. Good way to spend some time when visiting HCM!

I was surprised to find out I was the only one in the workshop (no minimum pax), and was glad to sign up for this workshop to learn more about the history of egg coffee and how to make it! My instructor Ngoc was patient to show me how to make the egg coffee and guided me through the steps. The egg coffee was nice! They even provided 40,000 VND voucher to offset your purchase at the bar, and provided Polaroid with certificate at the end of the class. Overall an enjoyable experience! Just didn’t like the part after the class when they seemed to want me to purchase something before leaving.

Joey and Hieu were amazing guides during our Egg Coffee experience! During our time together, they showed us how to make the perfect egg coffee, guided us during the process, and gave us the cutest certificate of completion with a polaroid of us and the coffee we had just made. During the experience, you’ll also get some delicious chocolate coated cashews and you will watch a short documentary about the origin of egg coffee. Highly recommended experience if you are a coffee lover!

a great experience with Joey as our instructor to teach us how to make authentic Vietnamese egg coffee and teach us about the Vietnamese coffee culture and history. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
