I really enjoy attending workshops when I come to Vietnam, as I can further learn about Vietnamese food and its preparation methods. Making egg coffee with instructor Tom was very easy, and the steps were clear. I could somewhat memorize the steps during the process, as there were slight differences in the numbers compared to the recipe PDF provided after class. The history of egg coffee was also clearly explained, making it a very insightful and relaxed activity. The entire session lasted about an hour, and we even received a certificate afterwards, which shows they know what participants appreciate. There were also promotional coffee bean sets available for purchase, and a coffee discount voucher was given. I recommend trying a different coffee after the session. I highly recommend this experience.

The instructor will first demonstrate how to make the egg coffee, and after doing so, they'll give you the opportunity to try making one by yourself. It was really fun! I highly recommend everyone to experience it! I've been thinking about egg coffee ever since I tried it during my trip to Hanoi. In this experience, Truc kindly explained the history of Vietnamese coffee culture and the origin of egg coffee. With their recipe, everyone can easily make delicious egg coffee. What's even more amazing is that at the end of the activity, everyone received a certificate of completion! They really put a lot of thought into it! If I come to Ho Chi Minh City again, I will definitely come back 🫶

At the end of the egg coffee workshop, you will received a certificate of completion to keep as a memories. Highly recommended for people who loves egg coffee and want to have a hands-on experience in making egg coffee. 😄👍🏼🥚☕️

It was a wonderful experience because you don’t just learn how to make egg coffee but the history behind it as well. Joey, our instructor is very knowledgeable and gave great instructions to help us making great egg coffee. The facility is very hip and clean. It’s on the second floor of the building. After the class, you can buy the products to take with you. I strongly recommend this class if you love egg coffee.
