O Sparadise Jjimjilbang & Onsen Retreat Spa em Ho Chi Minh City

The Sparadise experience was magnificent. The staff were accommodating. The Klook exclusive package was truly a bang for your buck. After your service, they give you a nice cold treat along with many glasses of tea to drink and soothe you. I will definitely recommend this place of relaxation.

Before we went home, we looked for a spa so we could relax. My husband and I really love getting massages. We found this on Klook and immediately booked a reservation. The spa is indeed a paradise. The staff are very polite and well-trained. They even prepared complimentary tea and a dessert for us, which was delicious. We will definitely come back and recommend this to our family and friends.

My partner and I are huge spa lovers in the Philippines, and we often go on spa dates together, so we decided to try one here in Ho Chi Minh City. At first, we were hesitant to book since it was very last-minute and we still had a flight to catch. Thankfully, after contacting Klook’s customer service, Mia immediately reached out to the spa and made everything possible for us to enjoy the experience. Because of her quick assistance, we were able to relax and still make it on time. Thank you so much for the excellent and prompt service! Highly appreciated and definitely recommended. I booked a hot stone massage and was able to use the onsen, sauna, and relaxation rooms. However, the staff were quite busy, which made me feel a little awkward. The place was clean, but on the 4th floor, which is the relaxation room, there was a counter preparing drinks and snacks, and it was quite noisy, making it less relaxing (I had an hour left and had to wait there for my next massage). Overall, it's a good place, and a package price would be more worthwhile. It's also easy to get to.

I booked a body massage program first, which finished at 5:15 PM, and then booked a hair wash for 5:30 PM. However, the staff made me wait and served snacks. I patiently waited until almost 6:00 PM. Finally, I had to ask a passing staff member, and they then took me to the hair wash room. The staff member who performed the service was very good, so it was worth the price. But I'm deducting points for the long wait, which made me feel forgotten.

I have been experienced The Sparadise Onsen in Ho chi Minh for the first time, It was nice experience and I love it. First The staff were very friendly, very helpful with great service Second the atmosphere was so relaxing peaceful and clean, third the onsen and Jjimjilbang was amazing. Highly recommend!

It's truly the best spa in District 1. Amazing decor and polite staff. I bought the Brightening skincare, and they all use high-end products for the skin, like Christina products... It really exceeded my expectations.

The facility was clean, and everyone was truly kind and very, very good. However, the massage therapist's technique was lacking. It was the worst massage I've ever received. It felt like they were just stroking me. I even wondered if they had studied acupressure points. They didn't even ask about the pressure. It was a stressful two hours. I truly regretted it. I wish I had gotten a massage elsewhere and then gone to the bath. Nothing about it was pleasant. I definitely want to go to the bath and sauna without a massage. The staff at the facility were genuinely kind and gentle.
