The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by incredibly warm and friendly staff—every single one of them had a genuine smile on their face. The service was spot-on too; empty plates were cleared quickly and efficiently without us even needing to ask. This hotel buffet dinner offers fantastic value for money. We got to enjoy premium items like chilled lobster, abalone and freshly carved ham—ingredients you’d normally expect at much pricier places. The dessert selection was honestly the biggest surprise. Most of the sweets were beautifully balanced, not overly sweet, and honestly tasted better than what some of the more expensive hotel buffets serve. We came here to celebrate our anniversary tonight, and the hotel went the extra mile by surprising us with a lovely little cake as a congratulatory treat. We were so touched and truly appreciate the thoughtful gesture. Everything tonight exceeded our expectations—we left feeling so happy and satisfied. Highly recommended! 🎂🦞🍖

For this price and quality, I think it's worth 5 stars 👍🏻. The ambiance is comparable to fine dining, but the price is affordable. I really love the seafood and desserts here, especially the mussels and curry crab claws, which are outstanding. The stir-fried mixed vegetables are also delicious, and the cold dishes are standard. However, I'd say try the sushi and steaks just once and save room for dessert, which is a must 🙂‍↕️. The staff are very polite, helpful, and always smiling. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return to this buffet 🫶🏻.

First of all, I was extremely satisfied with the content. It's an all-you-can-eat lobster buffet, you know?! Besides that, there were oysters, shrimp, scallops, sashimi, and so on. The roast beef was also superb. There was also a wide variety of other warm dishes, salads, and bread, so much so that I couldn't eat it all. The staff were all very polite and attentive; when I was struggling with the lobster shells, they brought me seafood scissors and wet wipes. The desserts, including chocolate cake, egg tarts, and vanilla ice cream, were also delicious. Even though I was traveling alone, I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy a wide variety of food. Canned beers like Tsingtao Beer and Macau Beer were also all-you-can-drink! There didn't seem to be any time limit either. The restaurant had a full colonial resort feel. My only minor wish would be for 2 or 3 different cooking methods for the lobster. But then I'd probably eat even more!

This is my favorite restaurant 👍. I've had their lunch buffet many times before. This time, to celebrate a birthday, I decided to try their dinner buffet, and it was full of surprises! The evening atmosphere was so romantic, and the food quality was exceptionally high and very unique. My favorites were the salad bar, spicy oxtail, steamed fish, roasted meat, pandan waffles, cheesecake, and Mövenpick ice cream – truly delicious! I'm really looking forward to coming again next time 💖.

Excellent value for money, food was served quickly, and the seafood was incredibly fresh 😋😋😋. While the food selection isn't extensive, it's definitely worth trying for the price. The staff were exceptionally friendly, though the desserts were just average – perhaps not to my taste 😅. Nevertheless, I'll definitely visit again next time I'm in Macau. Booking through Klook was convenient and affordable. After a satisfying meal, we simply left. 😁

熱食種類比較少，刺身有啲失望除咗吞拿魚其他都好食。龍蝦同其他海鮮都新鮮，甜品係非常豐富，不斷有新款補出嚟，仲有我未食過嘅葡式蛋絲蛋糕。服務很好，員工態度友善，慶祝生日亦都好有驚喜，職員會送蛋糕仔過黎一齊唱歌歡呼

I rarely visit buffets at Macau hotels, but this time, for our anniversary, my husband and I decided to try this hotel's buffet. The dinner buffet offered a good variety of food choices, and I particularly enjoyed the grilled wagyu beef and the sawdust pudding. Restaurant ambiance: The restaurant has high ceilings, and we were seated by the window, making for a very comfortable experience.

This was my first time at Artyzen's dinner buffet. For cold dishes, they had oysters (which were unfortunately not very fresh and quite bland, a bit disappointing), but the lobster was quite good. There were also whelks, mussels, scallops, and the Korean abalone porridge was delicious. For hot dishes, they had roasted pigeon, curry crab claws, roasted beef, and a good variety of desserts. The bread pudding was a pleasant surprise!

It's not the first time someone has recommended this place, and I've also watched many videos promoting it. The restaurant environment itself is excellent, with very comfortable seating. As for the food, although it doesn't have absolutely everything, there's still a wide variety. Since it was a family member's birthday, the staff brought out a small birthday cake and even sang a birthday song with us, which was a pleasant surprise and created a lively atmosphere. It's definitely worth coming again.
