This was art expressed in the mouth. Each seasonal seafood is carefully prepared to bring out the flavor of the ingredients to the fullest. I promise you that if you visit there, you will have an incredibly rewarding experience.
It was a special sushi. Among them, the sea urchin tasting comparison and caviar were very impressive. It's luxurious!
I was touched by the detailed menu explanations and the heartfelt dishes, as well as the various conversations I had with the chef. Coming from Korea, I'm not very familiar with sushi, but the taste was very satisfying, and it seems worth revisiting in the future.
High quality omakase, very tasty and satisfying. Got sea urchin, toro, crab meat etc. Nice experience!
The restaurant is in a rather secluded location, not close to Shibuya Station. However, if you exit the JR station and turn left, it's down a small alley next to Shake Shack. The restaurant is upstairs, so you might need to look around a bit on the ground floor to find it. The food was excellent and satisfying. Compared to local prices, it's a bit expensive, but the advantage is being able to book through Klook, as it's quite difficult to reserve local restaurants if you don't speak Japanese.
Incredibly bad. Bad in every way. This is the first time I've encountered such a foul-smelling restroom. It's not even as clean as a subway or park restroom. This was supposed to be our highly anticipated first dinner. We politely came to eat, but were inexplicably not served. Plates were thrown in front of us, bouncing off the table, and not a single apology was offered. Fine, I'll assume it was an accidental slip and rudeness. The chef had half-centimeter long fingernails while preparing sushi. I'll assume his hands were clean. Then he started playing on his phone, placing it on the serving plate for guests. After playing, he immediately went back to making sushi. My friend asked in Japanese, "Could you please wash your hands after touching your phone before preparing our food?" The chef replied, "Well, I touch raw fish too, which also has bacteria, so what are you going to do?" It felt like he was deliberately trying to be unpleasant. I've eaten at many restaurants in Japan and have never encountered anything this outrageous. The waitress, a young woman, never once proactively cleared plates. We had to call her over... Please see the pictures. The omakase utensils were covered in dust. The table was dusty. There are photos of the chef playing on his phone. And so on. The main point, as expected, is that the ingredients were not fresh. You'll probably get diarrhea when you get home. Bizarre. The food in the last picture was rancid and smelled terrible. 🤮🤮🤮
Actually, this shop is conveniently located near Ebisu JR Station. However, the service attitude (from the chef) was not professional. Of course, I know I don't speak Japanese, but I still had to proactively ask other waitstaff if my meal was ready. The chef was completely engrossed in conversation with other customers next to me.
It's cheaper to eat directly at the restaurant. Klook charges a high booking fee, and as a result, the restaurant thought we were paying directly and presented a bill. We only had to pay 80% of the platform's booking fee on the spot. It really ruined the mood... I will never use this platform to book meals again.
It's not tasty, and there's no service to speak of. I feel like there's nothing outstanding about it, and even basic things like the cutlery are quite poor.
The quality is similar to conveyor belt sushi! I won't be coming again next time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
