This experience was incredibly satisfying! I can only think of positives right now. The location is very close to Gyeongbokgung Palace! I purchased the four-hour experience, and the time started counting only after I had chosen my hanbok and my hair was done! They don't rush you at all, giving you plenty of time to slowly pick your favorite style. After you choose, the staff will help you put it on. There are Taiwanese staff members, so communication is seamless, and they are also very skilled at color coordination and style matching! All their recommendations were excellent. To make the skirt voluminous, they usually add a hoop skirt. I chose to wear a traditional hanbok, and the hoop skirt felt a bit unnatural, so I decided not to wear it later – it still looked great! The complimentary handbag can actually hold items, so I put all my valuables in it and took them out for photos. The braided hair and accessories were also styled by the staff on-site. However, they don't provide hairspray, only bobby pins. If your hair tends to get frizzy after styling, you might want to bring your own hair products. There are curling irons available on-site!

Easy to redeem. No need to arrive earlier than your appointment time, they won't entertain you if you are too early (this happened to the group before us who had later slots). Orientation is given fluently in either Korean, English, or Mandarin. You can take your time to choose a dress, but it gets very crowded in the earlier slots (of course, earlier means more choices). Some staff members have an average service attitude, but one of them was very stern and strict when giving instructions. You get two chances to choose your dress; however, the second try will be your final decision. It's not like you can try two dresses and then make a final decision to go back to the first dress (that would be a third attempt). Our appointment was at 9:30 AM (supposed to be the second group, but there were already a lot of people, maybe 5 groups of 2). We returned the dress around 1 PM+, and the shop was empty. On and off, people were returning dresses, but no one was choosing (it would be better if you prefer to choose alone). Tourists generally choose early, some wear them until night. If you intend to wear light colors, please wear light-colored bra straps or strapless, as the colors would be obvious. Hair styling is very fast and simple, within 3 to 5 minutes. Expect no smiles, "thank yous," "goodbyes," or friendly eye contact in general. Overall, the experience is still great for taking pictures.

The staff at the reception include people from Hong Kong and Taiwan, so Cantonese, Mandarin, and English are all spoken fluently. The staff will help measure your size, and then you can choose your preferred color combination from the available options. The selection is smaller than expected but sufficient. There is a restroom in the store, and the staff will remind you that it might be inconvenient to use it after changing into the hanbok. The staff will assist you with the changing process. Only one hairstyle is offered, but you are free to use any hair accessories provided in the store. You will need to leave one passport as a deposit. The entire process, from choosing your hanbok to leaving the store, takes about 1-1.5 hours. The rental period starts from the moment you leave the store, and 4 hours is plenty of time. It's only a 10-minute walk from the store to Changdeokgung Palace, which is very convenient.

Sehr schöner Ort, auch wenn wir die Zeit verwechselt haben und eine halbe Stunde zu spät kamen, waren alle super nett (aber macht es nicht absichtlich 😅). Sehr empfehlenswert

The clothes are beautiful! Compared to other shops on the street, I feel like it's better than 70% of the hanbok stores! Go early for more clothing choices, and remember to wear light-colored or skin-toned underwear! You get two chances to choose, and they help with hair styling, so it's great value for money! Renting for 4 hours is about right; renting for a whole day is a bit too long and tiring. Wearing hanbok grants free admission to historical sites! You can leave your bags at the store for safekeeping, and the rental time starts when you're ready to leave. You need to leave your passport or cash as a deposit. The only downside is that there are no lockers with locks.

Nos tomó un tiempo encontrar la tienda. Para ubicarla, está justo al lado del semáforo, frente al Palacio. La entrada de las escaleras está justo al lado de la tienda de conveniencia. El personal joven es súper paciente y servicial. Los accesorios son de préstamo y uso gratuito. Amplia variedad para elegir. Lo recomendaré a mis amigos.

We changed the hanbok rental to the next day due to rain, and the shop allowed it. The hanbok staff are friendly and helpful, but they strictly limit trying on hanboks to two times, and there are quite limited matching tops that suit our choice of hanbok dress. So, in the end, I chose the top I liked and then only the hanbok dress. However, the free hairstyles provided are typically only two types and didn't really meet our expectations, so we ended up letting our hair down at the end of the day.

The place was nice and easy to locate near the palace. There were only three staff members, but the service was efficiently fast 👍🏻
