You can use it from the reservation date until closing time. Just show the redemption code, and then they will ask you to choose clothes and then headwear. The rental period is calculated as four hours from the moment you are fully dressed. We also went to Bukchon Hanok Village that day, and there was still enough time. Not all staff speak Chinese, and the space on the basement floor is not large. The styles are not as new as other shops, and there aren't many types to choose from. We found that it's not necessarily essential to book in advance; there are quite a few hanbok rental shops nearby, so you can go in and check out the styles before deciding whether to rent.

We were able to try on several hanbok styles and hair accessories, which added to the pleasure of our trip. The staff were all kind and approachable. Recommended for individuals who want to try on hanboks as well.

We were a family of four (two men, two women). Since it was December, we chose a shop close to Gyeongbokgung Palace, considering the cold weather. The shop is small and located in the basement, but it has a good selection of items, and the staff spoke Japanese and were very kind, so we felt at ease choosing our clothes. Hair and makeup, as well as accessories, were free, and they beautifully styled both short and long hair. Bags were also free. Men's hats were an additional +2000W. Luggage storage was also free, and they kept our belongings in zippered bags, which was reassuring. Since the rental was for 4 hours after all preparations were complete, we could enjoy ourselves to the fullest without worrying about the time. Although it got cold again on the way back, we were able to change quickly because it was close to Gyeongbokgung Palace. We didn't expect much because the price was so reasonable, but we were very satisfied. We're really glad we chose this shop!
