⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Experience I had a great experience and highly recommend this. I was unfortunately late after missing a subway stop and getting lost, but the team was very understanding. The photographer was professional, friendly, and helped me feel comfortable by chatting with me during our walk to the photo locations. Since I was traveling solo, feeling shy, and had just landed that morning with little sleep, I really appreciated his kindness. He guided my poses throughout the shoot, regularly checked if I was happy with the photos, and even encouraged me to speak up if there was anything I didn’t like. I also appreciated the extra time he spent taking additional photos. The staff member who helped me choose my hanbok and style my hair was wonderful and very kind. There were so many beautiful photos to choose from, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. It was one of the highlights of my solo trip, and I would gladly book again when I return w/ family or friends. 😊

We had an amazing experience!! There are soooo many beautiful hanbok's to choose from it made it hard to choose! I would recommend choosing the premium hanbok option as you get to choose from more options. You get your hair styled with your purchase as well and get to choose between a half up braid option or a full braid option (or you can pay more for another option of hairstyle). I also opted for more hair pieces used in my hair which was worth it (only an extra $3.50 cnd or 3500 won). This company is so worth choosing and you will leave happy. They are all so kind, patient and helpful! If you are wondering which hanbok place to rent from, this is the one!!! (Also it is easy to find and close to two traditional palaces within walking distance). If you want to walk through the secret garden of the one palace, make sure to note the times it is open as we went too late. Also 2 hours was enough time to enjoy the hanbok. We had an unbelievably amazing experience with our photoshoot!!! This photoshoot is worth every penny and more!!! These photos turned out nicer than my own wedding photos. The photographer is so down to earth but so talented and will tell you how to pose and help make you feel so comfortable. You get a black and white, muted and regular color photo of each photo taken. And you get 250+ images!!! It only took about 30 mins to get all the shots. We are so incredibly happy with this experience and I would highly highly recommend it to anyone. This was one of my highlights of our South Korea trip and gave me so many photos to cherish forever that I am so so happy with! You will live your Disney princess dreams with this company and experience. Thank you so much to our photographer! You are so talented and we appreciate the amazing photos so much!!! I wish I could include more than 6 photos because there are SO many good ones it was hard to choose!

My friend and I had a great time with the Hanbok photoshoot! There were so many lovely options for Hanboks at the rental place and the staff was super sweet and helpful. They even did our hair for free and provided cute accessories for low price. The photographer was really funny and we had a fun time taking many beautiful pictures; he even stayed for a few more minutes allowing some requests we had made for certain poses. After renting, we were able to enter the Gyeonbokgung Palace for free entry where we took even more beautiful pictures! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The location was quite easy to find, the instructions from KLOOK were quite helpful, and there was a big sign nearby, so it didn't take too long to find at all. Moving on to the hanbok… I'm not too sure if it was necessary to get the 'premium' option because there wasn't even much for me to choose from. The staff there told me that many of them were too long, so I had hardly anything to choose from (I'm 5'0"). Anyway, the hanbok experience was good because the staff there were really helpful; they helped to put the hanbok on for me, and you could also pick a basic hairstyle which they'd help you to do (all included). The lady who did my hair was so kind and friendly.

I chose 10 AM, and there were really a lot of people coming to experience Hanbok. The staff were all very friendly, and many of them spoke Chinese, so there was no need to worry about communication issues. I chose a luxurious and splendid Hanbok, and also paid extra for hair accessories, as I had booked a 30-minute photoshoot and was therefore more particular about the overall styling. After freely choosing the skirt based on the booked item, the staff led me to select a suitable top and then handed me over to professional staff to help me put on the Hanbok. Upon entering the store, the staff let me choose a locker to store all my belongings, and I had to keep the key myself, so I could choose the skirt with peace of mind. After the top and skirt were properly put on, I went to the dressing table to do my hair. If I wanted to add beautiful hair accessories, I could pay extra on the spot. This Hanbok experience was fantastic; traditional clothing is truly charming! If you added the photoshoot option, you don't have to worry about getting lost, as the staff will lead you to your destination.

I must give a perfect 100% rating! The shop is in a great location, on an upper floor of a pedestrian street, which is also a tourist attraction with many interesting shops. The staff includes Taiwanese, Koreans, and Hong Kongers, all of whom are incredibly warm and friendly. They patiently help you choose clothes and get dressed. The quality of the clothes is excellent; they are high-end Hanbok. Walking down the street, I received so many compliments – not just from Caucasians, but also from Koreans and Chinese friends, because the actual clothing is truly beautiful. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff helped us choose the hanbok that would fit us best. We enjoyed our visit in the palace wearing our the traditional hanbok and took lots of pictures.
