Yona helped me. She was polite and explained everything quickly but well. There were a lot of choices and I ended up doing an upgrade. I felt beautiful in the hanbok.

Mr. Dreambox, our photographer, is the best! Very kind and funny… despite the scorching sun… he kept encouraging us to strike great poses… He made our experience very worthwhile… I highly recommend him, and we are super happy with our photos!

Overall, it was very good. The staff were very helpful, even though there was a language barrier, they tried their best to guide me. The experience was good. Many people choose the colorful Phnom Penh series, but I chose a more elegant one (just wanted to be different from others) and I really liked it! I was also very satisfied with my hairstyle! Many people even asked to take pictures with me (I was so shy ☺️)

전통 한복을 입고 머리까지 예쁘게 꾸미니 마치 조선 시대로 시간 여행을 온 듯한 기분이었어요. 그날 날씨는 정말 추웠지만, 화려하고 아름다운 한복을 뽐내는 것을 막을 수는 없었죠. 또한, 우리의 사진작가 Sam에게도 칭찬(및 추천)하고 싶어요. 그는 정말 프로페셔널하고, 창의적이며, 재미있고, 우리에게 인내심을 가지고 대해주었어요. 정말 잊지 못할 경험이었습니다!

They have very nice selections. We upgraded our hanboks when we got there. Despite some selections weren't available that day due to possible rain, understandable that they want to keep the hanboks in good shape, we still able to find better pairs. We were satisfied with what we chose. Melissa, assisted me patiently and helped me chose hanbok based on my preferences. Prior to visiting their shop, been checking online couple of other shops to compare and must say, Naye Hanbok got clean, good quality fabric and color selections to choose from.

The place is 1 min walk from the subway station, not crowded at all and all the staff were so friendly. They have quite a variety of hanbok which they will also help you choose, and also different hairstyles that you can choose from. Overall it was a really great experience and will totally recommend ☺️

İki bayan da kıyafetimi seçmeme yardımcı oldu ve saçım muhteşem görünüyordu! Fotoğrafçım en iyisiydi! Çok nazikti ve tüm zaman boyunca mutluydu, yani gerçekten mutluydu! Pozlar konusunda çok yardımcı oldu ve hatta çoğu zaman ceketimi ve çantamı taşımama yardım etti. Fotoğraflarımın teslim süresi de süper hızlıydı! Orijinal ve düzenlenmiş 100 fotoğraf sadece bir buçuk gün sürdü! Burayı kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!

It was my first time doing a Hanbok photoshoot, and I was nervous and freezing, but thanks to the photographer, we had a fun shoot, and they brought out my natural expressions✨ I was so touched that they quickly and beautifully finished and delivered the photos on the same day. My daughter was also thrilled, and it became a precious memory of our trip🤗

Location: About a 10-minute walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace, very convenient! Service: Chinese-speaking staff assisted with communication and selecting styles without any issues; Korean staff helped with wearing the hanbok and styling hair. Overall, it was quick and efficient. Style: The designs are elegant and stand out, so you won't see many people wearing the same style on the street. We chose a gauze fabric, which was a comfortable thickness for the large temperature difference in September. Price: We booked on Klook and paid an additional fee on-site for designer styles, which was quite a good deal overall! Timing: The reserved time does not mean the countdown starts then. After you've put on the hanbok, the staff will inform you of the exact time the rental period begins and when you need to return it. It's quite flexible! Everyone at the hanbok rental shop was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were patient and helpful in assisting our family with choosing the perfect hanboks. Their excellent service made the entire experience enjoyable, and we truly appreciated their kindness. Highly recommended!
