Fortunately, Joe, with his rich experience, accurately anticipated crowd flows and secured our spots early, ensuring we didn't waste any time waiting unnecessarily. The duration at each scenic spot was perfectly timed, allowing ample time without feeling rushed between locations – truly professional! * 🏨 High-Quality Accommodation, Comfortable Environment: The hot spring hotel arranged for this trip was fantastic! After a full day of hiking and viewing the snow walls, being able to soak in a high-quality hot spring in the evening and thoroughly relax tired muscles was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious, and the service was exceptionally attentive. You could truly feel the thoughtfulness in the accommodation selection. * 🍱 Excellent Food and Superb Accommodation (Both Outstanding): The meals included in the itinerary (whether the exquisite Japanese hot spring cuisine or the buffet dinner and breakfast) were all delicious, generously portioned, and highly representative of local specialties. This completely shattered the stereotype that "group tour meals aren't good"! What was most touching was Joe's humor, wit, and meticulous care. He continuously explained local history and culture to us along the way and was incredibly patient and accommodating with all sorts of unexpected requests from group members. Special thanks to the arrangement of two drivers taking turns. Both drivers were professional and very polite, greeting every passenger each time they boarded, and making the long mountain road journey very smooth and safe. As a solo traveler, I was initially worried about the inconvenience of taking photos, but tour guide Xiao Xie was very attentive. He noticed my needs and proactively and patiently helped me take many beautiful photos, making me feel completely at ease. When he saw I didn't have gloves in the high mountains, he even gave me hand warmers to keep warm, which I was truly grateful for. The hot spring hotel we stayed at was also excellent. The scenery on this trip was breathtaking, and the service was even more impeccable. I sincerely thank Xiao Xie for leading us these two days. For those who get uncomfortable on mountain roads, it's highly recommended to purchase a front-row seat to reduce discomfort during the trip; it's great to have this service available.

Our tour leader Mr Huahua was remarkable and knowledgeable. Despite this was a very hectic 2d trip, he was always smiling, wiling to share and took great care of us. This is one of our best day trip in Japan and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. With him as a guide, cast away your stress and enjoy. Also, other than him, a kudos to the primary and relief drivers. The tour guide was amazing, taking care of the whole group and making sure we didn't miss any of the alpine route transfers, as well as guiding us to the best spots for photos. The hotel we stayed in was also fantastic. I got to soak in the onsen and had it all to myself as no one else was there late at night. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to do the alpine route and Kamikochi tour!

Mr. Lee, our tour guide, is a man of character. It seemed like he wanted everyone to be more enthusiastic, but our group was generally introverted and quiet. The guide was meticulous and enthusiastic. Although he would say that those who fell behind should catch up on their own, in reality, he always made sure everyone was present before departing, constantly counted heads along the way, and provided very clear explanations. While not every single detail was taken care of, we felt very reassured. When we went up the mountain and there weren't many places to eat, the guide would help everyone find a spot. If there's anything that could be improved, it might be writing the times in a shared group chat, but this isn't a big issue, as the guide repeatedly announced the meeting times in great detail, explaining all the specifics and patiently answering any questions. I've calculated it, and this tour guide truly works hard, because for just over ten thousand yen, including the tour bus, the six modes of transport at Kurobe Tateyama, and staying in a large hotel with hot springs, it's already about ten thousand yen! The drivers were excellent, there were two of them, and they always helped with luggage, always energetic and greeting us. We are truly grateful to the three of them for arranging our pleasant trip. There's nothing to complain about with the itinerary; the hotel was good, the itinerary was good, they even helped us take photos, the breakfast and dinner were good, we slept well, the timing was all well-arranged, and the rest stops chosen along the way were also excellent (souvenirs were great to buy! If you see something limited edition, buy it!). The return time to Osaka was also good. I highly recommend everyone to walk the entire trail at Kamikochi! Walk the outer loop! The round trip time is just right; those of us who walk fast even had an hour to spare to wander around. You must eat the beef tendon rice at Kurobe Tateyama; it's a five-star chef's dish, super delicious! It just has a slightly strong beef flavor! But it's definitely not just for filling up; it's genuinely tasty! If you don't buy the limited edition souvenirs at Kurobe Tateyama, they won't be available once you go down the mountain! You must soak in the hotel's hot springs, and the beds and quilts were surprisingly soft, the room was also dry and comfortable, yukatas were available in the corridors on each floor, amenities were complete, and there were even glass cups in the room if you wanted to drink beer.

A very good experience. Tour guide Zhang was very responsible and meticulously arranged our schedule, ensuring we arrived at each attraction on time with ample time for photos and sightseeing. The most memorable part was the main itinerary on the second day, Tateyama Kurobe. Although an unexpected blizzard prevented us from getting off the bus to see the snow walls, we were able to reach our destination despite the difficulties, which was already satisfying. The accommodation and meal arrangements were also very satisfactory. Thank you again, tour guide Xiao Pang. I highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Although we couldn't see the snow walls due to heavy snow and strong winds, we had a great time throughout the trip thanks to our tour guide, Mr. Zhang Xiaopang. He provided very detailed explanations and made us feel safe, taking meticulous care of every group member. We are very grateful to Guide Zhang. We stayed at the Hakuba Onsen Hotel for the night; although the room style was old-fashioned, the room was very spacious, and the cherry blossoms visible from the window in the morning were incredibly beautiful. The buffet for dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices. However, I'm deducting one star because of the Klook platform. My name on the order was incorrect, and the requests discussed during booking were not noted on the guide's manifest. Fortunately, I clicked on the order number to check, otherwise, I might not have been found as my English name wasn't listed.

It would be great if Rock, our guide, stayed at the same hotel as us. The schedule was okay, but it would be better if participants were more on time. This itinerary is great, as long as you're prepared for a long journey 😌. On the first day, we gathered at 06:15, passed through two rest stops, and finally arrived at Kamikochi at 12:30 for free activities. We had nearly 4 hours of free time, but unfortunately, it rained heavily that day, preventing us from completing the entire trail! Then it was another long bus ride. We departed Kamikochi at 16:30, passed through one rest stop, and arrived at the hotel at 19:30 for dinner. The hotel is in a mountainous area with no convenience stores nearby, so remember to buy drinks and snacks at the hotel's mini-mart before 21:00! The only minor drawback was the hotel itself; it was very old-fashioned, like something from the 60s or 70s! On the second day, we departed again at 06:45, arriving at Ogizawa Station after a 90-minute drive. From there, we took several different modes of transport up the mountain. The tour guide was excellent, helping us plan our time perfectly. We just had to be at the entrance on time and wait, no need to calculate ourselves 👍🏻. However, it was very foggy that day, so we couldn't see much of the Tateyama mountain range. Around 13:30, we waited at Tateyama Station for our tour bus to return. We had two rest stops on the way back, and we disembarked and dispersed at 19:15!

Day one, the Kamikochi forest tour was excellent, with beautiful scenery and views of snow-capped mountains. The hotel was grand, and the buffet was decent, but the facilities were a bit old. Day two's itinerary was packed and rushed, with constant transfers. The scenery was beautiful, but due to heavy rain, it was inconvenient to set up tripods for photos. However, tourists helped each other to take great pictures. The tour leader (Mr. Lee) was very knowledgeable 💪🏽
