Nagano Station is a very convenient meeting point. Our guide was very friendly and responsible. At each stop, they made sure all participants were present. The scenery was beautiful. We transferred to different transportation to reach the Alpine. Highly recommended.

Un grand merci à Teddy pour son sens exceptionnel des responsabilités et son dévouement à maintenir le groupe de touristes à l'heure à chaque arrêt. Malgré la navigation à travers de nombreuses gares et l'affrontement des foules, l'expérience touristique en vaut absolument la peine. Fortement recommandé à ceux qui sont prêts à embrasser le voyage à pied !

I’ve been to Japan many times but this tour was surely the best I’ve experienced. Special credit goes to guide Jens who did everything he could (and more) to make the tour enjoyable. Jens is truly the best! Ample time was given for us to explore Murodo so it was not rushed at all. Scenery was so breathtaking that I cannot help but be tempted to join the same tour again in 2025. Hopefully, Jens can be our guide again.

This was one of the best day tours on my trip to Japan 🇯🇵. The guide was friendly, and the trip was well-arranged. We tried three to four modes of transport, including a bus, 🚠 ropeway, 🚃 trams, and a tunnel ride. I highly recommend this tour; it was the best experience. Thanks to Klook for recommending the best, as always. Thanks to the guide, who was a great and helpful guy. I will visit Nagano again soon 🔜.

Teddy, our tour guide, was excellent. He arranged all the tour times perfectly so we wouldn't miss any transport to see the snow wall. The snow wall was only 11 meters high, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during the trip.

Our guide speaks good English and communicates well with the group members. He also provides a lot of interesting background information and history of the area. Would strongly recommend this day tour.

Great service and a lovely tour. The entire process was smooth and comfortable. Although it was busy, the tour guides were patient and helpful, even with the buggies. (I remember their names but don't know how to spell them... apologies.) They didn't rush anyone and gave us plenty of time to look around.
