Excursão Guiada pela Rota Alpina da Muralha de Neve de Nagano

Nagano Station is a very convenient meeting point. Our guide was very friendly and responsible. At each stop, they made sure all participants were present. The scenery was beautiful. We transferred to different transportation to reach the Alpine. Highly recommended.

Endo and the other guide were excellent. It was the second day the Snow Wall was open, so there were many people. Taking the train, electric bus, and cable car felt like being packed in like sardines. However, the scenery was beautiful and well worth it.

The tour was great. Everything went according to plan. The modes of transportation were timed perfectly. The guide was very nice and had a lot of information about the places, as well as tips on what to do and where to go during free time. He also gave great recommendations on what to do and eat in Nagano. The landscape is just beautiful. The snow wall was 13m high.

Finalmente pude presenciar el muro de nieve de Tateyama Kurobe, aunque no fue como esperaba debido al calentamiento global. Las fotos que aparecían en los folletos eran de hace más de una década, según nos informó nuestro guía Teddy. Teddy fue muy informativo y conocedor, siendo nativo de Nagano. Es meticuloso, servicial y, a veces, humorístico. Disfruté la experiencia de subir a la meseta de Murodo y divertirme en la nieve, a pesar de que ya era junio. La presa de Kurobe fue espectacular. Definitivamente una visita obligada y gracias a Snow Monkey Tours y a Teddy por una experiencia tan agradable.

The snow walls of Tateyama Kurobe are truly worth seeing. They were still 15 meters high at the end of May, and it wasn't too cold. It was very convenient to have the travel agency arrange transportation and meeting times at each stop, and the guide gave us plenty of time.

Despite the huge crowds and the weather, my family and I had a great time. Seeing the 16 m-tall snow wall has been something that we wanted to see for a long time, and it was fun to ride the different modes of transportation to each Murodo station. Our guides were fluent in English and took care of the group well. They ensured no one was left behind and gave us lots of information and necessary safety precautions due to the weather.

The guide was knowledgeable and made efforts to engage with all the groups. There was plenty of time to take photos and walk around at each attraction. The views were spectacular. There was sufficient time for lunch.
