The entire trip was seamlessly arranged. The company contacted us one day before the trip to confirm and briefed us on the meeting time and place. We didn't manage to see any dolphins, but we did spot a crocodile. Saini, the guide, mentioned that if we came in June, we would be able to spot migratory birds. The sun is blazing hot around 10:30 am, so bring some sunscreen and an umbrella! The lunch was good and tasty. There were four delicious dishes with a drink. The guide walked us through the cultural village and explained the details in each of the houses belonging to each tribe.

The tour was well arranged, and we managed to get a private car to ourselves as there were no other people. We managed to spot crocodiles and the elusive Irrawaddy dolphins during the morning cruise.

Went during the off-season, so I had a private tour. Didn't manage to see dolphins as it depends on weather and luck, but saw monkeys and crocodiles. Overall, it was a good experience.

This was definitely the highlight of our Kuching trip! Highly recommended. Our tour guide, Mr. Saini, was amazing and shared many personal stories with us as a local. On the mangrove tour, we got to see proboscis monkeys, crocodiles, and many dolphins! We also learned a lot at the cultural village and participated in many hands-on interactive activities like the bamboo dance and blowpipe, which you can try for yourself. This is a really good tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed this particular package as the time spent on the boat was an hour plus to spot some wildlife. We saw the proboscis monkeys, crocs and dolphins. The cultural village was interesting and worth going. Our guide did a much better job than he did during the orang utan trip.

This package was reasonably priced, as both the dolphin cruise and the Sarawak Cultural Village tour, including a packed lunch, were well worth the S$100 per person. The only issue was the need to meet so early at 7:15 AM just to be sent to the office to collect the packed lunch, when it should have been done the other way around (collect lunch box then gather at 8 AM as stated on Klook). Our group of 9 did not need to meet so early just to waste time on this.

I had the pleasure of being guided by Mr. Yusuf, and I can honestly say they made our experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we met, Mr. Yusuf was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Their passion for sharing local history, culture, and stories brought the tour to life and kept us engaged every step of the way. What impressed me most was Mr. Yusuf's ability to tailor the experience to our interests, answering all our questions with enthusiasm and expertise. They also ensured everyone was comfortable and had plenty of opportunities for photos and breaks. Their attention to detail, punctuality, and genuine enthusiasm made our tour not just informative but also fun and memorable. I highly recommend this agent, especially Mr. Yusuf, to anyone looking for an expert, personable, and attentive guide. Thanks to them, our trip was truly special! And a very special thanks to Mr. Fu, who made our journey safe. He also helped us to take a lot of photos.

We had an enjoyable boat ride out and managed to see one Proboscis monkey, two crocodiles and a couple of dolphins. The trip to the Sarawak Cultural Village was good as well as we got to visit majority of the different culture's houses and our guide Vino shared a lot on the history for the different tribes. We also were lucky to catch a few Silvered Leaf Monkey in the village. Plus points - It was an eye-opening and educational tour getting to know the Sarawak tribe cultures and wildlife. Appreciate the knowledge sharing from our guide Vino. Improvement points - Time management could be better as our guide was late to pick us up due to traffic/weather and the boatman along with two other tourists and their guide was waiting for us which resulted in us not having time to stopby the washroom before going out for the 2 hours boatride. We were also unsure on the itinerary as booking on Klook mentioned that our activity was till 6pm but we felt that our guide was rushing hence we skipped the musical instrument rooms in the Sarawak cultural village. We reached back city area around 4.20pm which was earlier than expected. Overall it was an enjoyable trip and we appreciate the explanations provided by our guide which has enhanced our understanding of the Sarawak natives and culture.
