Cruzeiro de Vida Selvagem no Pantanal de Santubong, Sarawak

Wir hatten eine super gute Tour mit Hans und seinem Kapitän, der seinem Spitznamen „Adlerauge“ alle Ehre gemacht hat. Wir haben Irrawaddy Delfine, Proboscis Monkeys, Krokodile und Glühwürmchen gesehen. Die Tour war sehr lehrreich und mit einer Prise Humor. Unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spass und das Essen an Board war lecker. Die Guides haben viel Rücksicht auf die Tiere genommen und haben zum Beispiel sehr häufig und rechtzeitig den Motor abgestellt um die Tiere nicht zu stören. Das war uns im Vorwege sehr wichtig, da wir auf den Schutz der Natur achten wollen und die Tiere nicht durch unsere Anwesenheit übermässig stören wollen. Wir haben dies als sehr angemessen empfunden und können die Tour uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Excellent wetland tour with Saini. He took great care of us and make sure we see some of the animals. we were excited to see the croc, fireflies, mud skipper fish, promisic monkey and dolphins. Highly recommend this tour!!

Guías, capitán y conductor amables. Pudimos ver monos, delfines, cangrejos, cocodrilos, lagartos monitores, peces saltarines del fango. ¡No invaden la vida silvestre, lo cual es bueno! Pero estarás un poco más lejos de la vida silvestre. La ruta que nos llevaron es hermosa, especialmente al atardecer.

Our group was a small one comprising of 9 of us and we were so lucky to see and capture lots of videos of the elusive Irrawaddy dolphins. We also got to capture the fireflies. Our guide was very knowledgeable. The food was great too!

A must-do eco-tour in Kuching! This cruise is the perfect way to experience the wilder side of Sarawak. The wetland and mangrove ecosystem is stunningly beautiful, and the entire boat ride felt peaceful yet adventurous. Our guide, Mr Foo, was highly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts about Borneo’s nature and culture. Our guide and boat captain did everything they could to track down wildlife for us, and we loved getting to see the proboscis monkeys and a stunning sunset over the water. The fireflies at the very end made the whole evening feel special. The tour was well-organized and interesting. Bring a camera with a decent zoom if you can. Definitely worth every penny!

We enjoyed our wetlands wildlife cruise. The pick-up, the captain, and the tour guide were all very friendly and professional. Our cruise trip was pleasant and informative, and the captain and tour guide Sinne did their best to locate wildlife for us. The driver took us to a cleaner toilet on the way back to our hotel, which was much appreciated. We had a great time, especially seeing the unique fireflies for the first time in our lives. We definitely recommend this tour.

Our guide informed us a day earlier about the meeting time (hotel lobby), what to bring, and what to wear. We arrived at the boat dock at Santubong and spent a lot of time spotting Irrawaddy dolphins, Proboscis monkeys, and luckily no sighting of crocodiles 😅. Dinner was provided on the boat, followed by firefly watching. Unfortunately, it started to rain after dinner, and the boat captain decided, in our best interest and safety, to head back to shore. Kudos to both the boat captain and our guide, Mr. Saini.

Our guide was very informative, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. He and the boat driver did everything they could for us to see the animals. We saw about 4 Irrawaddy dolphins (numerous times), a group of Proboscis monkeys (eating and jumping through the trees), crocodiles in and out of the water, and many fireflies on an ipa ipa tree. We were warned beforehand that we might not see anything, but we were lucky. The sunset was beautiful too.

El guía turístico tenía mucha experiencia e hizo todo lo posible por avistar la fauna. En los últimos 10-15 minutos de la noche, logró encontrar el cocodrilo para que lo viéramos. ¡Realmente asombroso y con una gran pasión por su trabajo! ¡Sigue así, Saini!

Die Abholung erfolgte pünktlich. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war sehr gut und sofort. Wir haben viele Tiere gesehen. Der Reiseleiter/Bootsfahrer war sehr nett. Das Essen war gut und warm. Sie stellten auch Wasser und Tee zur Verfügung. Sehr empfehlenswert!
