The Poon Choi experience at Shili Yangchang was excellent, using fresh, exquisite, and delicious ingredients!

Very satisfied! From calling to book to picking up the order at the Olympian City branch on the day, everything went smoothly. The food quality was excellent and substantial, and even the abalone sauce that came with the Poon Choi was not neglected. To make it easier to eat, we first took out the large pieces of braised pork hock, and only put them back into the pot in the middle of the meal, and it surprisingly became a full pot again.

Pick up at the store, staff were friendly and gave clear instructions on how to reheat and consume the food. The outer box is beautiful, and the double-handled stainless steel pot is exquisitely designed, reusable, and environmentally friendly. The food matched the description and tasted great; the portion for 4-6 people was ample, and we four still had leftovers. The price is a bit high, but with a $500 cash voucher rebate and a Klook discount voucher, it's worth the slightly higher cost.

Initially, I tried it because of the good online reviews. I had already called the restaurant to reserve the item when booking, but when I arrived, the staff seemed completely clueless. They couldn't confirm if the Poon Choi could be reheated over an open flame or if bags were provided. Two staff members spent the entire time discussing how to handle the QR code pickup process, completely ignoring me. Regarding the food, the entire Poon Choi was very fragrant, but when eating each item individually, the flavors were quite bland. Only the duck and goose web were flavorful; the others were rather mild. This package also included five $100 dining vouchers, but only one could be used per visit with a minimum spend of $300, and the validity period was quite short, only about three months. Overall, the food quality was decent, the price was a bit high, and the service attitude needs improvement.

The food quality is good overall, and the portions are generous. Home delivery is very convenient. It comes with three sauces, and using two was already flavorful enough. It will get saltier as it boils, so I recommend using 1-1.5 bottles. They also thoughtfully included a head of lettuce. The only minor points are that the price is a bit high, and it would be even better if the salted chicken were made from thigh meat.

This is the second year in a row I've bought the Shanghai Poon Choi for Chinese New Year. I called a week in advance to order, and it was available for pickup on the first day of the Lunar New Year. The taste was just right, not too salty, and the ingredients were special and abundant. It even came with a packet of fresh lettuce that I could add myself – excellent! Plus, they gave me five $100 discount coupons. Highly recommended!

This is the second year I've bought turnip cake from Gaa Shanghai. Gaa Shanghai's turnip cake is the best I've tasted in the past two years. It's great that Gaa Shanghai's turnip cake can be collected even after the Lunar New Year.

I've bought Chinese New Year puddings from different suppliers through Klook, and the turnip cake from "Jia Shanghai" is the most delicious. The staff said the puddings contain no preservatives and must be consumed within five days.

This was my first time ordering Huaiyang Poon Choi from a Shanghai restaurant through Klook. They were very thoughtful, providing an insulated bag for carrying. The abalones were large, and there were 20 kinds of ingredients. The taste was good, definitely worth trying! 👍👍👍

We tried the radish cake from Home Shanghai for the first time, and my family loved it so much they licked their plates clean! It's incredibly rich in ingredients and definitely worth ordering again next time!
