We booked this one or two days before the ski trip and everything was confirmed promptly. It was easy to rent skis from Queenstown city centre, and the pickup from our hotel was easy and fuss-free. Group skiing was fun as well. I would recommend this.

I had an excellent experience; transport was on time and point-to-point, super convenient. Rental gear was also easy, you could either pick it up in town or get it from the resort. The only thing you might consider is the long queue at the resort. I booked for a couple of days, and every day I left my gear at their spot. I didn't have to carry it back and forth. An added bonus for beginners after a long day of exercise. The only sad thing was the weather; the first day was perfect, but the next few days weren't cold enough, and the snow turned to ice, which was very painful if you fell. I got injured from falling, so I couldn't make it on the last day. But I was told that I could keep the remaining pass and use it anytime in the future. So sweet.

Instead of buying a package that includes transportation, it's better to book a private shuttle directly with a town shop for the next day, which costs 42 NZD for a round trip. They are sold separately because the ski resort might close early due to heavy snow, in which case a partial refund for lessons would be issued, but the private shuttle would still run and not be refunded. The signs are clear; those taking lessons can choose their area by looking at the flags, and there are also staff in red uniforms available to assist. Overall, it's quite smooth. Even if your English isn't great, instructors will use body language to demonstrate, but more advanced terminology might require a translator.

Pretty good experience. Easy to get your equipment in Queenstown and all the staff are professional. Transportation is on time and the driver was very friendly and humane. But we rented 3 snowboard sets and the binding of one of them was broken on the snow. The equipment quality is the only thing that needs to be improved.

The ski resort facilities are excellent, with a wide variety of ski trails to choose from, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Please collect your pass at the designated location before departure.

The experience was hassle-free and really easy to do. We went straight to the Wānaka branch to collect our lift pass and rental equipment one day earlier, waiting about 1 hour due to the crowd. We drove straight up to Cardrona Resort to park, but beware it is a winding route, so take the shuttle bus from Pines Tree Carpark if you aren't confident.

I mistakenly booked this package, but the operator and Klook assisted me with the administrative tasks, allowing me to amend the booking.

The pick-up location in Queenstown is easy to find, but the staff took a long time to locate the booking and kept saying she couldn't find it.

Fuss free experience! Very fun for a first timer skiing / snowboarding. Instructor Niamh was a really great coach, had fun learning under her. Highly recommended!
