- O ingresso para o aquário é válido por 10 dias a partir da data da sua experiência de mergulho.
- Os cursos agendados prosseguirão mesmo em tempo chuvoso, desde que as condições do mar não sejam adversas.
- Cancelamentos devido às circunstâncias do cliente (como atraso ou doença) estarão sujeitos a uma taxa de cancelamento.
- Se a área ao redor da Gruta Azul estiver agitada, o curso será alterado para um ponto próximo diferente por segurança.
- O passeio pode ser cancelado no último minuto devido à deterioração repentina do clima ou más condições do mar, tendo em mente a segurança.
- Cancelamentos devido a alterações no curso também estarão sujeitos a uma taxa de cancelamento.
- Nenhuma taxa de cancelamento será cobrada se o passeio for cancelado devido a desastres naturais, como tufões, cancelamentos de voos ou deterioração das condições do mar.

Facilities: Free parking, free shower service, and boat transfers to the Blue Cave are provided. Coach: We had a male coach from Taiwan leading us. He took great care of us throughout the trip and strongly encouraged my two children to be brave and try new things. When their equipment had issues, the coach immediately handled it for them. My elder son dropped his fins while queuing for photos at the Blue Cave; without a word, the coach immediately dove about five or six meters underwater to retrieve them and help him put them on! Inside the Blue Cave, he helped us capture many beautiful moments and photos. When we were about to board the boat, my younger son dropped his diving mask, and the coach also helped retrieve it. We are very grateful to him; this shop provides first-class and heartwarming service. Experience: This was an unforgettable, happy, heartwarming, and thoughtful journey.
Our group of four was truly satisfied with this snorkeling activity. The equipment was complete, and the place was clean and tidy, especially the spacious and simple shower rooms. We were fortunate to have Etty, a beautiful coach from Kaohsiung, accompany and look after us. She was gentle, considerate, professional, and meticulous, explaining the entire process clearly, allowing us, a group of middle-aged and elderly people (3 over 60 years old), to safely enjoy the fun of snorkeling! There were so many fish there, schools of fish of all sizes swimming past us. From the moment we entered the water, she led us safely in and out of the mysterious and beautiful Blue Cave, continuously taking photos for us along the way, making us want to stay forever! It's also worth mentioning that another beautiful coach in the shop, Becca, was also very enthusiastic and friendly, leaving a deep impression on us! Before we left, the shop manager even gave us four tickets to the Churaumi Aquarium, valid until September this year. On this trip, we originally planned to join another snorkeling company for another session, but in the end, we decided to patronize this company again. We sincerely recommend it to friends coming to Okinawa for a holiday, especially those over 60 who want to go snorkeling! Location: Okinawa Blue Cave
equipment: all provided for so it was very convenient. instructor: had a friendly instructor that speak a bit of english. instructions were still clear and they airdrop us pur videos and photos immediately after the activity! experience: Tho the blue cave was quite crowded but it was still worth the experience. Saw a lot of fishes and beautiful corals! A must try for sure!

The Chinese lady guide/coach was amazing! Super nice, patient, and professional. Sadly we couldn’t visit the Blue Cave that day due to weather conditions but the beaches were also great! Highly recommended!
